      Its one of my favorite recipes, definitely give it a try! Its easy to do and its a perfect appetizer. Plus, its fancy so people think I'm sophisticated lol

    I live in england and camembert cheese is very similar and we use this to oven roast but I'll try this on my wsm

      Yes I have seen camembert and it seems very similar, I have not tried it though. I bet it is going to be good on the WSM.

    I have used a handheld cheese wire slicer that you use just on blocks of cheese for this before (not this particular smoking method but for baking) and it works great compared to a serrated knife.

      Thank you, I am going to order one and give it a try. I wonder if warming it up under hot water would help it slice through easier?
