Make this quite often with Meat Church Holy Voodoo, I also make another with Meat Church Honey Hot Hog, once pulled from smoker I add pepper jelly to the Honey Hot.
I don't even like cream cheese but I seen several videos on RUclips about making it so while I had my pit fired up one day I made some for the other people who do like it and they all raved about it so much that I had to try it. And I couldn't believe how much I actually like it. It really was amazing. I used Uncle Steve's Original Shake (I bought that because of y'all's recommendation.... THANKS for that!) and another one with Meat Church's Holy Cow. Both were amazing

Smoked cream cheese is so good. My favorite is either bbq rub or Italian seasoning. I would eat it every day if I could. I'm going to test out my new griddle tomorrow with some bacon smash burgers.

It even works on the sweet side, go cinnamon and brown sugar, or holiday spices, heck use it as the cream cheese in your next cheesecake. I've done that, its subtle but it adds something extra to a cheesecake. If it required and real work on my end I'd probably skip it for the cheesecake but its a set and forget for a few hours prep item the day before. Next time I may need to double down and smoke the whole cheesecake and smoke every ingredient I can get away with.

These looks so good fellas! Question on the temp: if my PB offset smoker is set to 225, but fluctuates even into the 250 range before coming back down (as most smokers will), will this not just melt the cheese into a puddle? 🇨🇦
Hey fam!! Oddly enough, the cream cheese holds strong! It never really comes close to melting, in fact, it softens in pieces, kind of hard to explain - it’s also something you can definitely expect with, just keep an eye on it, you should be good!🔥🔥

This was first thing I smoked in my electric smoker. Used Buffalo Trace and Hickory chips. It turned out great. Everyone loved it.
