Thank you for being an example of doing it anyways. It's helpful and very motivating to see other people taking breaks for an hour and accomplishing tasks in 5 minutes increments because that's what you can do today. It helps me to feel better about myself, so thank you.
Your daughter is adorable how she repeated "up, down." Too cute! I think your glasses are cute. Your videos help to motivate me, especially on my bad flare days. Sending hugs ❤
This is probably the most realistic and authentic video. I am a mom of a 5 year old. Everything you were saying, I was nodding to as I can relate in many ways. Take care and wishing you the best.
Hi from UK 👋 thank you for this. I have had bad chronic fatigue for two days and feeling overwhelmed. Your tip for taking a guilt free rest is a game changer. I have arthritis and a long term under active thyroid condition. I get anxious if i time my rests tho so i go on what i feel for both activities and rest. I go and drink water or splash my face with water just to get me to move around again that seems to work. Im going to try your 5mins exercise regime. I too find carbs and sugar sets off a flare up. The holidays are a carb fest tho aren’t they?🥺my family understand and we have been having a pared down xmas for a few years now. This awful thing we are fighting globally has raised this idea for a few families i think. Thank you again.
The holidays are always a flare up for me too! The food. The stress. The activities. Too much for me! I am focusing this year on being more relaxed. Let's have a restful holiday this year!
This depressed tf out of me bc this was legit how I got everything accomplished while raising young infants and toddlers - which is already very physically/emotionally challenging and demanding - WAY BEFORE I developed disabling multiple chronic illnesses. I was actually healthy and I had to do it like this, the rest/work/rest/work - I mean that's just how I did it, it was hard, it's hard for ANY mom w babies and tots. I literally cannot relate to getting all of this done with disabling chronic illnesses. Glad to see from the comments it is inspiring to some, but I had to just say, if you are like me, watching this and feeling deflated - you are not alone...I cannot be the only one.
This sink was here when we bought the house and I told my husband if we move we need to take the sink with me haha! also thanks so much! Glad it was helpful! :)
You are definitely doing better then me on this flare up. Dentist apt gone wrong sent me into 3 days of non stop bleeding and vomiting. I’m on my couch or in the bathroom after an entire night in the er. I can’t recover at this time. Can’t do anything except be sick. Watch RUclips to keep my mind off pain. Hopefully will get better. Stay strong
Don't worry, I have days way worse than this, so you are not alone. Some days I do a lot, some days I don't. But I just have small goals that I try to hit everyday to keep me going. You got this!! :)
@@Aimee_Esther today was a little better. Ate full meals. Dishes done. Laundry done. Pain still horrible. Rough times. Merry Christmas and hope you have a wonderful week without symptoms! We should start a prayer group for us potsies on here.
You are so sweet adorable and I love all your videos. You inspire me and make me feel like I’m not alone and my situation isn’t so bad after all and I feel like I get to visit you . You give wonderful tips and are so inspirational.if you can do it then I can too. Thank u
I haven't had as much time to watch your videos lately with Christmas and my little ones birthday being the same month but I'm so glad I've started to catch up! This is awesome! Thank you! By the way, do you think you'd ever consider a podcast sometime? One of my favorite podcasters/RUclipsrs is "Clutterbug" and hers run only about 10-20 minutes most of the time but just long enough to hear a good word and listen to tips about how to do life better while I clean my house. Anyway, no pressure. Just wondered. ^_^ I hope you have a Merry Christmas!
I think about podcasting almost every week. I really want to. If I had endless amounts of time (and energy lol) I would do so many more things. This season of life (with a new baby and a few other things happening I haven't even shared yet but will soon) time is a struggle. I also LOVE listening to podcasts too because I can do stuff while I listen. Hopefully that will come soon! I really want to get a podcast going this year. But I don't want to start and not be able to keep up or have my videos suffer because of it. So all that to say..... YES! On my list of "what I want to do when I can fully commit" ;)
Oh it is tough. To be honest, I just don't go out much so I hardly ever wear one haha! If i do go to the doctor or something I wear the cloth ones and try to be as fast as possible.
Can you elaborate more on why get rid of your smartphone? I’ve not heard the benefits of that. I use mine a lot to watch helpful RUclips videos like this:)
I actually only watch RUclips on my TV or computer now and I love it! Check out the videos I linked if you want to know why i got rid of mine and what happened when i did :)

So glad you liked it. Always real and raw videos over here. I can't do "perfection" so i just share the real part of my life haha.
You are such a motivation, thanks for all that you do.
I appreciate that!
I love cleaning with you Aimee. Your videos give me hope and make me feel less alone. I appreciate this community ♥️
I'm so glad! Keep fighting my friend!

New subscriber here. Such great advice. I do a work 15 min, rest 20, repeat. But far too often I just sit. You're an inspiration. WELL DONE YOU💕
Love your videos, Aimee, thanks so much for sharing your real, even if not always perfect, life!
You are so welcome!
I wish others knew about these productivity tips so that could get more done in their day too! 💫 #keeprising #risingtobe #aswerise #riser
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
@@Aimee_Esther Your welcome, keep making great videos just like this, please consider checking out my content. 🌟Keep rising to be who you want to be🌟
New channel to me. Very helpful. You’re amazing. New subscriber.
Recent evidence shows you only need to exercise for 11 minutes a day to be as fit and healthy as someone who goes to the gym all day! Xx
Sweeeeet! I'll take it! ;)
This is actually super helpful. Thanks so much! (I love your sink)

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year😇💜🤶🎅
Same to you!
Do you take meds for pots to be able to clean the house and do standing up activities?
