Why use the locker where the key gets stuck? There are plenty others
With the pool one, I find it funnier to not introduce the challenge and to do it twice. Be like, "Watch, this." Knock it over. Then say, "And to prove it's not luck," knock it over again. "See great right?" They will be unimpressed and not sure what exactly what you even accomplished. You explain that both times you knocked it over. They will still be unimpressed. Tell them its harder than it looks and bet that they can't do it. You could even make it a 2/3 to win scenario have them fail on the first, win on the second, and lose on the third.

Not sure about the locker room scam.. shouldn't the key they were given not have opened their locker!!
It didn’t. The correct key was already in the locker when they came back. They didn’t use their key to open it.

Or you could just wait till they leave and have made a copy of the key why over complicate things with the lockers
Making a copy of the key is over complicating things. You’d have to make a copy, put the original back, then either convince someone to use that locker by using a similar scam to what he did in the video, or just walk away and hope that somebody uses that locker later that day.
