    ➡️ This is a bit of a leg "conditioner" as well as a great opportunity to keep your core well-engaged for forty-five consecutive minutes 😉
    ➡️ Start off at a "Cruising" pace with "legs only" and establish a baseline "recovery" power output as WATTS.
    ➡️ Then on your first Medium effort, noticeably increase the effort so that your HR Zone reaches high Z3 / low to mid Z4.
    ➡️ Then when you make your first transition back into the Easy effort, stay committed to your first Easy effort pace.
