- Come decorate with me for Fall 2023, fall Home Goods shopping haul, fall decor, a fall treat Starbucks copycat Pumpkin bread recipe that is vegan and I made it gluten free :)
PUMPKIN BREAD RECIPE (my version):
1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
2 1/2 Tbsp water
15 ounces canned pumpkin puree
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 cup soy milk
1 3/4 cups flour (gluten free)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 cup pepitas
Preheat oven to 350F & grease loaf pan.
In small bowl combine flaxseed and water and set aside to thicken (this is your flax egg)
In large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, brown sugar, oil, flax egg and soy milk.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves on top of flour and stir gently to combine. Do not over mix.
Sprinkle th pumpkin seeds on top and then bake for about 1 hr 10 min, till a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool and enjoy :)

After Labor Day is when I decorate for fall. ❤
Yes, girl, Florida weather is so so disappointing in the fall and summer. The only downfall about living here for me personally. 😅

Ugh it's 111 today where I live in AZ. Next week we'll be up to 113 but at least it's not humid. It's really funny that we say- " it's a dry heat," but it really does make a difference. I feel like I'm dying when it's humid. Lol
Totally agree with you!! My family lives in AZ and I can handle that heat over our Ohio 89 degrees with 70% humidity EVERY day!! 🥵🤢😉

Thank you! I was bike riding and slipped and fell. It was a painful week but thankfully, much better now :) It's 87 finally here today too although I saw 95 in the forecast again next week :/ Looking forward to getting some mums soon hopefully. Thank you! The Jamaican instant coffee is Mountain Peak. Our Jamaican neighbors brought some back for me and I enjoyed it so much and then we met a realtor who was also Jamaican and had the same coffee and told me where to find some locally :) You can sometimes find it on Amazon or Walmart though and certain Publix grocery stores will carry it

Everyone decorates the tables that are rectangular. What about the square and circle tables? My diningroom table seats 4-6 when square and up to 8 when fully opened into round. I never see decor ideas for those😢
Enjoying 60+ days over 100* in south Texas. Absolutely hate south heat. But have lived in Fla, so l know your not a whole lot better. Ugh
