your gear plays a big role for sure. But it's also the overall experience you hold and how you compose a shot. You can use an entry level camera too and land some amazing wildlife shots. be it canon, nikon or sony. So start off by buyong what you can afford and master the gear. You'll start loving your shots.
Wild life itself was not so cheap You spend lot of time efforts to get one shot and if you don't get the best no use of the time and efforts Go for used but go for Pro prime lens I suggest canon 300 f2.8 price somewhere around 1500 to2000 dollars
The lens you are exhibiting is a 200-600mm, whereas the sample pictures looks like they were taken with prime telephotos like 400 f/2.8 or 600 f/4 and not variable aperture zooms. Isn't this misleading for newcomers.
Goodmorning Mr. SUDHIR. HIGHLY MOTIVATING CLIP. Self was contemplating switch over to canon r6 , came across this CLIP n couple of bird videos by MARK SMITH USING A9. Sony's being three year old, I am in two minds for either CANON/SONY , APPRECEATE UR ADVICE. WARM REGARDS...
I have been using Sony for the last 2 years. It's an amazing experience.

Thank you so much, sudhir sir. You're work is absolutely mesmerizing.
But Sony A9 II (next version of the body you're using) has similar features as Canon R5, yet it is way for costlier than R5, and with less megapixels!
Which lens is cheaper for wildlife photography with Sony full frame camera
