Hi. I would like to share my thoughts and experience from recent spinal surgery (plif, l5s1, I had 5 months ago) at a hospital in Newcastle UK.
I am still in pain 5 months later. Maybe not as ridiculous as it was before surgery but it the back still hurts, and the leg very often too. I have really bad stiffness and still depend on pain killers (I do try stay away from them). I had spondylolisthesis stage1 and doesn't seems like good results so far.
Should i worry, should I allow more recovery time? I can hardly do anything, even doing the dishes gives me pain.
Any answers will be very welcome.
    Have a great day.
