The lighting at 1:20 before he goes walking down the stairs to the stage was the best. It really shows the depth of his '3D' muscle.
From 2010 to 2013 its the best physique ever in my opinion.
Phil's entrance is one of the best in the game. The thing about Phil I really admire is that he makes up for his lack of shoulder width and narrow frame with 3D bulging muscles. Let's be real.
I really feel sorry for him on the injury and surgeries that have cost him the crown. But for his social media altercation and some may say ego, he was awesome when he reigned an in great shape.
Phil looked insane every year even in 2020 too bad his midsection grew

Agree 1000% & it's 100% because of his midsection. He spilled over at the 2017 Prejudging but had dried up a lot by his posing routine. He showed striations in his right delt for the 1st time in a very long time. I don't know if it's because of Big Ramy being around but his legs are almost out of proportion ( only in certain shots like the ab & thigh.I've written enough. He looked awesome in 2010 & I was cringing for him at times this year. His back shots looked amazing during his routine last year. Thx 4 Commenting Kostas

I agree. He has looked different since 2013. Maybe with his stomach fixed he can bring a mind blowing look again. He dried up a lot after prejudging & looked good in his posing routine except for his stomach which is a really big area of the body..
He stuck in size game
Many times he didn't deserve to win thw Mr Olypmpia because of his Rois Gut and was lucky the judges were on his side.He retired knowing his gut he couldn't get rid of.But look at Roelly Winkler he proved everybody wrong.He should of been Mr Olympia 2018
