I have been working as a junior front end developer since last 3 months but I haven't become that much productive and take too much time to complete my task. Sometimes, I get stressed a lot as programming wasn't my cup of tea before but due to some situation, I had to get trained and land a job in frontend side.
I am thinking about changing my career path by learning something different like PM. What thing will you suggest me ?

I started as a store associate in decathlon, then moved to retail operations in Amazon and got promoted there as well. Then I learnt data sciencd and became a senior software engineer. I also cracked SBI Junior Associate in the process
I worked as an engineer, then covid came, I got a job as a office assistant, then medical representative and now as a hotel manager

I have been working in the event's industry for about 12 years which includes planning, organising, bit of Marketing, operations, pipeline management, stakeholder management, liasing with the client, delegates and venue acquisition. I have done all that. Now I want to get into PM as indirectly I had been doing this and to be honest I am really good in this. I manager people really well. At point I had a team of 20 people working under me.
But in the end I don't know how to position this in my CV. Should I start looking for pm roles or should I do my Cert first. There are too many confusions at present.
Please help me and advise me.
