When you ended your video with “I love ya” I felt that and it brought me to tears😭Thank you for loving us!!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and encouraging people to be better to themselves and each other. I’m so grateful to have discovered the behavior panel and you!!!
Thank you! Man you are the real deal - in anything I have seen you in - just pure professionalism and value in all your content. And I rarely say that about few.
I haven't seen too many humans who are able to synthesize compassionate thinking with real action planning...and then render that synthesis in a format that laypeople can understand. It's really something else...thank you, Chase! You're helping people you'll never even meet, in ways you'll never hear about. That's living! Happy New Year.
You stole my words... haha. To be honest, I have seen the truckload of videos about long-lasting motivation but it did not work out for me, I always feel great temporarily but this video is definitely different from the rest as @Chase Hughes helped his viewers to CONNECT THE DOTS, which is required for an individual to transcend to next level. Thank you, Chase and I wish your life gets enriched by conglomeration of love, joy, peace, and happiness.
"Show your brain what you want, not what you fear!" Wish I'd heard this as a kid. Fear has been my biggest challenge. Past time to stop focussing on it! Thank you, love your work with the BP too 💕
'Will you look back at your past behaviour with either regret or gratitude?' That made me smile...50 years of regret so far but I think I'll opt for gratitude from 2022 onwards. Thanks Chase x
Dear Chase, you generously sharing your expertise has been lifesaving for me. Spent 8 years raising my autistic daughter to be a happy, independent and super creative kid, but found myself completely drained. With your guidance 2023 shall be a new beginning. Praise
Chase I’m such a big big fan, I totally agree with you, had my heart transplant when I was young, now I am 42yo, I did exactly what was told by my doctors and surgeons, it’s about the same what you just mentioned on this episode, to look ahead at my future, plan what I wanted in 30s, what I wanted in my 40s and now my 50’s, I avoided alcohol, drugs, negative people, and focus on my health and the people I love, and I was so glad I listened , having a good balanced in life is the key to my health and my career, sleep early and exercise every day. I am now planning and working towards what my 50’s is gonna look like. Without the hard work and discipline I don’t think I could do it. But I remind myself everyday I put a picture in my closet, a picture of me right after my transplant with the cables coming out all over my body and there is no way I’m giving up in building a good life given this is my second chance. Like I said, big big fan of yours and the behaviour panel channel, and am getting your book today. Iv learned a lot from you guys. Thanks 😊
So good life, short or long. Good outlooks. I just ordered a book too. I have always been healthy and strong, but I need this reinforcement as well. TY.
Thank you for this Chase. I lost my husband of 35 years at 55 and pretty much lost myself. I used to be so positive and upbeat, but I’ve found myself to be inwardly negative and self sabotaging. Your video gave me hope again. It’s been so hard during these Covid years, but after listening to you, I’m going to give it my best. You made it make sense for me and I thank you. I think I found this video at the perfect time in my life.
@Stephanie Barrett you go girl. you can do this. you are doing this ❤️ I lost almost everything I owned in a major hurricane about 4 years ago. it also wiped out my mind and my heart. now because the wonderful people like Chase I am putting the pieces back together again. so so grateful. blessings to you my sister ❤️
I felt the same way. I lost my mum 5 years ago and since then I've been "going through the motions" of life but not really living it. Watching this video definitely made me sit up and take notice - and take notes! You are definitely right about the video providing hope that things can and will be different. But unlike the standard "self-help" videos, this one makes so much sense to me and provides real steps to take in order to change the mindset you can so easily get stuck in. Good luck on your journey! And thank you Chase!!
As I listened to #1 "Get ahead of Yourself", I began to realize that this is exactly how Jesus lived His life. Every moment was lived with His mind ahead of Himself. He beautifully demonstrated how to life a perfect life. Although I read the bible daily, I never saw Him so clearly! What a wonderful revelation! And #2- His powerful "electricity" created Miracles of healing for thousands of people! He even told us we were the Light of the world! #3 He told us He was connected to His Father who was the Source of His very life and power and message to us all. And so much more! Many Blessings to you Chase for your powerful God inspired message!
The concept of "investing in my future self" has changed my life, starting the day after I heard you say it. It's motivated me to take care of the little things to set up my next day to make it smooth, harmonious and enjoyable. Truly life changing. Thank you.
Mistake. Wish i hadnot invested time and energy and money into becoming better and having more opportunities. Makes ppl upset. Small like ma think i am arrogant and great ppl think i am as untruthful as they are. Well actually small and tall pll think the same. The only thing they agree upon 😂😂😂
Think of my future self. You break this all down so easily. I don’t make resolutions, but applying this doesn’t need fanfare, only a simple change of focus. Thank you Chase!
I have been using the phrase "future self" when talking to my daughter who struggles with depression/anxiety/conversion disorder. Motivation is difficult for her. You have explained this in a very easy to understand practical way. I am excited to share it with her!
I'm pretty sure you saved my life mentally, emotionally, and physically!! you would be shocked if you knew where I came from. I've been on a new..way of life, and I'm learning as I go, but.. thank you, thank you for caring so much as to put this out there to help people. this is very motivational and inspiring 🥰🥰
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I so appreciate you sharing Universal truths. Now, I eat vegetarian because I truly believe 'You are what you eat.' I don't consume death/corpses. I used to eat meat but it's started to effect not only my body, but my mind (my psyche). The cognitive dissonance of truly loving my pets and animals and then consuming what I loved. My mind and body are in alignment now. Thank you, again.🕊️
Chase Hughes is not only a credible intellectual and real expert in his field; he is also a genuine man who is generously sharing his knowledge with those who are eager to learn.
Clinical psychologist from Austria here (subscribed after the Megapanel yesterday). I absolutely agree with your points here. Especially the first one is a good thinking point to tackle procrastination. Not only planning ahead, but doing nice, thoughtful things for the tomorrow you, even if they are small, goes a long way to self love and to reduce stress.
Firstly, I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to make this video that I’m going to come back to either weekly, or twice a week until it’s ingrained in me. Thank you for not being selfish & thinking of profit, but of others. Secondly, I wish you a very happy new year Chase, and to all who are watching. I believe together we can make it a great year, I’ve got a few hippyish beliefs on that. Much love to all & Chase we love ya too 💕
Just a small epiphany I had several years ago...getting up early to make coffee and there's no water in the coffee reservoir. It's no big deal to fill it up, but in the morning when I'm still half-asleep and needing a quick caffeine jolt, I often thought I should have filled the reservoir up when I was cleaning the kitchen the night before. I started to think of filling the reservoir the night before as a gift to my future caffeine-seeking self. By relating that thought to other things about the house, I found it worked better as an incentive to stop procrastinating than my usual cursing myself for being lazy.
I appreciate this so much! In 2020, two days after my birthday, my blood pressure reached stroke zones and my doctor told me if I didn't make some dramatic changes, I wouldn't make it to my next birthday. What a wake-up call! My whole thought process had to change and I began to think about future me in a way I hadn't before. I have since lost just shy of 110 pounds because of the changes to my diet and workout. I swim, walk my dogs, hula-hoop, and garden, growing as much of my own food as I can. One big practice I incorporated is thanking my past self for certain decisions. For example, recently I flew cross country and didn't need a seatbelt extender. I thanked my past self for making changes. Sometimes it's thanking my past self for buying extra apples, or whatever. My sisters and I often say things like, "you're welcome, future self". I watched this video and felt validated but also, was reminded of some of the things that have made these past couple of years successful for me.
I have done the careful, disciplined future self my whole life. Unfortunately I got cancer regardless of my being responsible. It was caused by HRT, I followed all the protocols of a healthy life, and now have Stage 4 Breast Cancer. I am in my 60s and it is hard to occasionally not lapse into a feeling of futility. I now live in the present without worrying about the future, moment to moment and appreciate it all, while listening closely to my body. I especially love what you have so generously shared with the world Chase and your insights into human behaviour are truly remarkable!
This is the best explanation on how to live well I have ever heard. Thank you Chase. I knew there was a reason why you are my favourite in the Behaviour Panel .
You must be an empath to be so acutely aware, grounded, and sensitive to energy. I'm so glad that you spoke about the cortisol in meat. Consuming fear and pain in any form is never a good thing. 2+2... Logic. I love your work.
Thoroughly enjoyed this. As someone who went through a rather atrocious and vicious divorce and then straight into having cancer I am the 1st to admit I have let myself go. I'm drinking way too much brandy, not eating correctly, unmotivated etc .... the past me would be disgusted with the traits I now display. What's worse is I'm a psychotherapist, behavioural trainer especially looking at linguistics and my fav....body language. "Physician heal they self".....only I haven't been. Downloaded this little video and I shall aim for the principals, the strength and determination I once had. Happy New Year Chase and to your family.
Sometimes we just need a little reminder and gee up. I slipped into watching and concentrating on negative issue’s, for example, the Summer Wells case, far too many people with their own negative thoughts 💭 and theories on the case and the Ex Royals, the Sussex’s. I let slip my exercise, due to studying and sitting In front of a computer everyday for far too long, plus we experienced the longest, coldest and wettest winter 🥶 anyone can remember here in Victoria, Australia 🇦🇺. Winning the award for longest Lockdown in the world also didn’t help 🤣 Wishing you a happy and healthy new year 2022 🥳
@@florence2095 Summer Wells and the Sussexes were compelling stories. Add Jussie Smollett and Ghilane Maxwell. The Kyle Rittenhouse saga. Nothing wrong with keeping up with current events.
1. Get ahead of yourself - discipline - your mind in the future - you, 5yrs from now - prioritize the future 2. Be responsible for your own electricity - responsibility for your own thoughts - law of attraction 3. Choose your ingredients - treat your body the way you treat your car - with great care - what are you putting into your body? - stop eating high levels of fat, sugar, salt & processed & modified & packaged "food" - plan meals ahead
@@ava198 I think (for me at least) self awareness and time is what will stop someone from cutting. To be able to go into the places of your mind that you've been running from for so long, and to sit with the ugliness until it's no longer ugly, to understand it and accept that it's ugly and that it is ok to be, is what not only stopped me from cutting, it allowed me to start thinking OF myself, instead of ABOUT myself. It's been 2 years since the last time I cut/burnt/hurt myself, I still have the scars, but they remind me of own far I've come. I never thought I'd ever be happy and content, but I am both of those and more now! I urge you to find a therapist that specialises in trauma, childhood trauma in particular, and work towards unpacking all of that stuff you've been trying to bury. It will be hard at first, you may even go backwards for a little while, but stay strong and sit with the pain for as long as it takes, because one day you will wake up and it will be like you are opening your eyes and seeing yourself and the world around you clearly, for the first time in your life!! It is such an amazing, wonderful feeling! You are strong, you just have to believe it xx
Omg Chase! Im 67 years old and it feels like you just woke me up!! I've never been a disciplined person before but listening to your techniques makes me believe that i can do it! God bless you, dear!
I read a book 20 years ago about eating processed food and it changed my life. I lost weight and have not been that size since. I try to stick with natural foods, butter rather than margarine and brown undefined sugar and whole milk, are just the basics. It's not always possible but my body tells me when I've been overindulgent and need to get back on track. Your other 2 rules need some improving maybe this year it will click. Thanks for your advice, wishing you and your family a happy new year 🎉 😊
Great advice Chase. I would add a small caviat as a person who has lost 50 lbs and kept it off for many years; I eat a largely carnivore low carb diet devoid of grains and sugars. Maybe its just my system , but my metabolism does best with high protein and low carbs. All other diet regimens have never worked for me as they leave me perpetually hungry. Thanks and I love your channel!
I am most excited and anxious for this livestream since discovering Chase Hughes and the Behaviour Panel. Instant respect, comfort and connection. I can’t get enough. Let’s see what “Tan Daddy” brings to us this time.!
This video is nine minutes everyone should watch on RUclips, and I have shared with my young adult children. Great perspective and advice. Thank you Chase Hughes!
Thank You Chase! No magic, just straight to the point and what I needed to hear. I’m grieving my 25 yr old son who passed on in 10/21. I wish I could show this to him now, but at least I can keep watching it over and over so I can learn to start taking care of my future self.
What a way to start the year! I am going to ask my 16yo daughter for 9 minutes of her time and watch this again, but this time with her. Great advice and so much wisdom, thank you Chase.
Let us know how that goes. My 19 year old is away at college and has a low tolerance for my attempts to enlighten! I’ll give it a shot but have to wait a few days since my last “thought provoking” text. Haha. Anyone get me?
I watched the brainwashing video with my Advanced Math class last year (we finished one day early!) and I just sent them the link to this one. Get this perspective to the kids we love!
@@Freem0m she actually watched it with me! To be honest she owed me one and sat and watched the whole thing. Since then she has started making healthier food choices, getting up early and helping us around the house. There are other changes too which is promising. We’re on summer holidays in NZ and school doesn’t start for another few weeks, so will show this again.
I love that you talked about our fuel! I was diagnosed with MS in 2016. I was told i would always have symptoms and because of where the latest lesion was located the doctor predicted I would be disabled. I refused that fate. I talked to my neurologist about OMS diet and he was well you can try but don't take it like it is the Bible. He changed his mind. I said good by to processed foods long before but gave up land animals, dairy and gluten. Inwent from having no feeling in body chest down on a walker to 0 disability, rarely have a symptom and wear 4 inch heels with 0 problem. You are what you eat. My diet is more restrictive because of my disease but walking is better. I eat for my future. See ya tomorrow on the behavior panel.
Yep. When I was pregnant, I saw pregnant women EVERY WHERE! When my son was born, the pregnant women "disappeared" and then the women with children my son's age just exploded out of the woodwork! Many years later, I can only think of a few times that I have seen a pregnant woman. They simply vanished!
Chase is one of my favorite men on Earth. I was so glad to stumble across this video by chance. I so desperately needed to hear this method. And I mean desperate. I try to watch all the Behavior Panel videos and I enjoy them so much. But my life has been a shambles and I know this is going to help me so very much. Love and much gratitude to Chase.
Often when I feed my pets, I notice that I invest way more in their nutrition and being careful not to feed them things that are bad for them, more than I do for my own self for my children. It’s so embarrassing to think about. I’m going to watch this video everyday for a week to help me focus that I deserve at minimum what I would do for my pets.
Somebody raised you right. I took notes and I also sent this to my future son-in-law and my daughter via text. Exactly what I needed to hear. Thanks for caring enough to put this video out for people.🍏💕😎
Thank you. The last 8 yrs have been stressful. Two patent infringement lawsuits (that settled in my favor), a nasty divorce from a cheating spouse and a move across the country to be back with family. There is no more drama I need to worry about but yet anxiety plaques me. Hopefully, now I can just focus on peace and not just waiting on the other shoe to drop. I'm glad I found you. I've watched you on the behavior panel. Now you are my favorite.
Something about this advice just feels right. Sometimes you see these types of videos and its either unrealistic or too simple to be effective, but you know good advice when you hear it. Thanks.
I ve been thinking About this all day!My friends want me to go out to party but i need to finish cleaning up the house-may it sound stupid or not-i want to wake up in peace on my mind.im listening right now and it all fits to what I feel deep inside.Thank you Chase. You are very precious far away friend in my life.
Taking care of "you" is also taking care of the environment, everything is connected. We'd have to eat 8 apples in 2022 to get the nutrients of ONE 1920s apple. The soil gives us nutrients, if we neglect the soil by over farming, we don't get the nutrients we need to live.
Chase Hughes you are a blessing! I thank you for caring so much about people like me, people you've never met. You've given me critical things to consider from a new perspective. Listening to you I understand that you care about me, and others, in our entirety. You've validated many things I believed to be true but couldn't prove. You've made me feel safer. You're making me healthier. Your children are blessed for you being their Dad. I wish you continued blessings in 2022. I love you too. Happy New Year!
Chase, you really chunked it down & described it more clearly than any motivation videos I have watched on RUclips and read in ( useless) expensive books on " How to..." I have reached two " secret" goals this year: 1) I was acknowledged to be one of the best tutors in my field in Denmark and later this year my 6 colleagues, our boss and I was nominated to be one of best innovative workplace in Denmark. 2) I am teaching a small group of students ( 40 so far) in healthcare in my town on bodylanguage & communication and HOW it feels to be old and perhaps suffering from Dementia / Alzheimer's. My goal for 2022 is to convince my superiors that I am the VERY BEST person to teach / show EVERYONE in Holbaek on how to be a better caregiver & colleague. THAT IS WHAT I WANT! Honestly: I dont care about money. I am content with what I earn. All I want is to help the students to acknowledge their huge potentials to become the very best and pass it on!
Here is a January update: I got a phonecall today the responsible mentor to the Social- and health students in my city She asked me if I would be interested in teaching a class of new students and introduce them to communication, building rapport, via bodylanguage on Jan. 24. Of course I said YES!
Skål! My granddad has dementia and the doctors are grasping at straws on what to do with him, had to charge nursery home because the last one was grossly incompetent. I only read some research regarding lions mane mushrooms (pindsvinepigsvampe) and how it can both reduce symptoms as well as act as a preventative, but unfortunately most mycological research in Denmark is behind the curve, so it's hard to ask people here about it. Good to see someone helping out the cause though, hopefully such an occupation will be rendered useless in the future - no offense, of course!
My husband since young did all of this and was highly successful all through life 🙌🏻 He had a grand plan even though he had nothing to start . He always looked to the future, never complained about his childhood, worked late nights, took great care of his family. He loves challenges , makes quick decisions, doesn’t waste time gossiping about others , moves on from things that didn’t work, I admire it so .
There's a hidden element in your message, Chase, that touches my heart - your compassion for human life - the life of all of us! Now my heart has wakened to this I'm in a different place - more respect for myself - thank you!
I found myself rewinding parts of this. Concise, practical and impactful. I’d love to get Chase’s take on self-sabotage. How many more times will I find myself saying WTF Heather?!? It’s a behavioral Ground Hog’s Day that leads to negative consequences, but I ride this pain train like my life depends on it. Why?
Heather, I'm not brilliant like Chase, but I have some beliefs about self-sabatoge. It depends on the individual, so if you can find the root cause, you can remove it yourself. Is it fear of failure? Fear of success? What is the payoff? Meaning what does staying on the pain train give you? Is it staying in your comfort zone? Whatever it is, the brain has neuroplasticity, meaning whatever it's comfortable doing now, you can change it to different comfort zone. Hypnotherapy is the fastest way to learn to think a new way (be comfortable doing it). There are videos on YT & you can learn to do it yourself after awhile. It's always going to boil down to self-love. Or just love. It's the most powerful vibration in the Universe. When you love something, you put your time, energy & positivity into it every waking moment & you keep building on what you have. And the one thing everyone really overlooks is belief, that's the gas that makes the engine of life run. What you believe in materializes, good or bad. Without belief in yourself; no amount of talent will get you there, with belief people accomplish things far further than other more talented (or smarter; stronger, etc). I've seen & experienced this all my life, I've been manifesting since I was 8. Also; it's impossible to be grateful & fearful at the same time!! Best of luck to you, I hope this helps a bit Much Love❤❤!
@@julielea5268 Hi Julie. I hope you are well. I just had to comment on your post. Through life I have found that a small number of people have given me advice, usually just a brief sentence or a few words and it has had an impact on me and stuck with me. You mention in your comment self-love. This got me thinking and going back over the years to see if I could remember a time it applied to me and if so, if it correlates to my self sabotaging. Food for thought. Lots of thought. So, I'm glad I discovered Chase from watching The Behavior Panel, bringing me to your post. I do believe things happen for a reason. Take care x
@@shazzzalee9790 Thank you. I think it's usually fear in one form or another. When I was younger, 20's & 30's, I was fearless when it came to most things, but sometimes bad things happen in life & pile up, & now it seems I need to take my own advice! Thanks for bringing my attention back here, I suffer from perfectionism (feeling not good enough) when trying new things & need to give myself permission to make mistakes!. I'm reading Chase's book right now(The Ellipsis Manuel) & it's amazing. Best of luck to you, may you get everything you want in life! ♥️♥️
This speaks to me. I worked with a fellow editor years ago who used to say "shop the perimeter" about the grocery store. I hear her voice in your message. Fantastic, positive info!
Best teacher ever! I think this sets him apart from everyone. He is an amazing teacher!! I get so excited to see new videos from Chase and The Behavior Panel! I’m obsessed!
Me as well, I am glued on the behavior panel. I first started watching them since last March, wish I knew about them during the pandemic lockdown of 2020 though!
Thank you so much for this. I’m going through a difficult time in my life and this is very helpful. I’ll probably have to listen to it a couple of times to absorb it. Thank you. You have no idea how much I needed this advice right now.
I discovered The Behaviour Panel a while back and you guys fascinate me. That channel lead me to this and I think I’m hooked. Completely and utterly inspiring. Thanks & gratitude from the UK 🇬🇧 As someone who has witnessed a lot of animal slaughter and suffering, I’m grateful you mentioned the FACT of fear being consumed. No doubt. 💚 Keep up the positive energy. I love it! X
In the past couple weeks, I’ve been binge watching and reading as much of your content that I can find. Your clear, economical content and highly skillful delivery is helping rewire my brain. I’m finally healing properly from c-ptsd and a stroke over 20 years ago. You’re changing many many lives. Thank you Chase. 🙏🏼❤️
Crazy good advice especially the "do it for the future you" part, so simple, so stinking obvious but so easy to get caught in the now trap. Thanks for the succinct reminder xx
I have been raising meat birds as well as egg layers, and they have a wonderful life. 2 acres on free range and healthy food for them. I’ve never eaten better.
Thank you Chase. It is so refreshing to hear someone verbalize these things so succinctly. My wife and I have been vegetarians for 6 years now. She lost 1/4 her body weight, (needed), and her cholesterol numbers are healthy again. I have not had many of the issues she has overcome but I do have more energy than ever before. I hope there are a few more people who have heard your words and have been able to change their lives for the better. Namaste In Lak' esh
I can’t thank you enough!! What you teach makes complete sense. I’m 61 and only now learning all of this. I found your channel after watching The Behavioral Panel.
I needed to hear this. Your illustration of my future self makes more [motivational] sense than trying to convince myself that I need to excercise more than sleep at 5 AM. Its a losing mental battle when the choice is based on my present me instead of future me. I will revisit this video throughout the year. Thank you!
Lizzy on a mates laptop This is a conversation I have had with my children growing up - they were taught to budget, make meals from scratch, run a house and do your homework as soon as you get it. There bed time was 7.00 am through infants and jnr school, 8 pm in Snr first year. To look after their mental health even if it made me feel like a shite mum or failed mum. First child - Runs SW in UK for a very famous charity. She worked her butt off. She is a vegan. My Son - he did his Masters at Cass and came out with a 1.1 with Hnrs Distinction. He now has a great job and life - he worked when his mates would go out. My youngest - last year at Uni - currently away filming for a month on a show for TV. And the best part - they all tell me they are happy. Yeah, food - totally agree. Yeahhhh, i even meal planned - each could choose a dinner each - but it had to be healthy. It does not have to cost much. Oi vey ! Lizzy
Came to your channel from the Behavior Panel. Totally agree with the garbage in/garbage out theory. Made major changes after the hubby had a stroke and CHF at only 59 yrs old (uncontrolled blood pressure, years of being a CEO in a high stress, non-profit healthcare field). We eat mostly fresh, perimeter of the store food. But. The economy is making it very difficult to continue that. I cut corners everywhere that I can. Seriously. Everywhere else in our lives. But I have to put gas in the car (at almost $5/gallon!) to go to work to have the money we need to buy the food! There's nowhere else to cut at this point, and we are struggling to keep healthy food on the table. We the People need to DO SOMETHING. Don't ya think?
Greetings from New Zealand. Chase, you have no idea how these words have resonated with me. This is the most inspirational thing I have heard in a very long time. Short, precise, to the point, but layered with golden nuggets of useful advice that can be applied immediately. I love The Behaviour Panel, I am getting so much from that, and now this wonderful motivational talk. I am inspired. Thank you!
Having lived out most of what you said I know it works. What you eat this decade will significantly impact your next decade. This gets easier to see as you age and is very critical for optimal brain and body function. Thanks Chase, very well said.
I’ve been following this advice all year. So far I’ve lost 30 pounds, been able to stop my anxiety meds, and gotten control of my health. You changed my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🥰💕
💯 hadn’t heard about “getting ahead of yourself”. Take care of your future self. Love this entire video! 😊 Happy, healthy, and prosperous new year @Chase!
The thing about us consuming the animal's stress chemicals was taught to me by a group of Taoists years ago, that, and seeing how animals where carted off to the abattoir and feeling the sadness around that as I started my spiritual journey, made me rethink my contribution to their suffering. I don't consume animals any more. Thank you @Chase Hughes for bringing this idea to the minds of many in a very well articulated manner.

First video on his own I've seen and it's brilliant.
Re-watching two years later. So glad it was here. Thank you Chase Hughes. You seem a lovely person.
Thanks 😊
This made my f*&%ing day! Thanks for sharing this. And thank you for the very kind words.

Sending you big love and hugs galore

you go girl. you can do this. you are doing this ❤️ I lost almost everything I owned in a major hurricane about 4 years ago. it also wiped out my mind and my heart. now because the wonderful people like Chase I am putting the pieces back together again. so so grateful. blessings to you my sister ❤️
@@melodeelucido1446 Thank you Melodee. The more inspiration the better in these trying times. All the best
You got this! Lots of encouragement your way!
JESUS IS #1
The concept of "investing in my future self" has changed my life, starting the day after I heard you say it.
This is gold. In a nutshell, my take away: We are always setting ourselves up in some way. Choose wisely.
"Wake up early every day, make your bed."

Think of my future self. You break this all down so easily. I don’t make resolutions, but applying this doesn’t need fanfare, only a simple change of focus. Thank you Chase!
Love this. Thanks, Kim!
I have been using the phrase "future self" when talking to my daughter who struggles with depression/anxiety/conversion disorder. Motivation is difficult for her. You have explained this in a very easy to understand practical way. I am excited to share it with her!
Thank you Chase :)
I'm pretty sure you saved my life mentally, emotionally, and physically!! you would be shocked if you knew where I came from. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I so appreciate you sharing Universal truths.
Now, I eat vegetarian because I truly believe 'You are what you eat.'
I don't consume death/corpses. I used to eat meat but it's started to effect not only my body, but my mind (my psyche). The cognitive dissonance of truly loving my pets and animals and then consuming what I loved. My mind and body are in alignment now.
Thank you, again.🕊️
"Four-legged foods should be consumed minimally."
I love your videos, Chase.
Please explain why we should avoid eating animal meats.
I love you also, Chase. Thank you for being a manly leader. Something this world is lacking.
Chase Hughes is not only a credible intellectual and real expert in his field; he is also a genuine man who is generously sharing his knowledge with those who are eager to learn.
Why four legged ? And not two legged.
I agree with not contributing to eating stressed animals.
Another excellent video Chase.
Brilliant.
I think Chase calls it 'being your own butler' :)
❤️❤️❤️
All the best for 2022 Lo.
Winning the award for longest Lockdown in the world also didn’t help 🤣 Wishing you a happy and healthy new year 2022 🥳
Miss Lo, you're human. You've been to hell and back, so what if you slipped up a few times. You'll be back to normal soon.
@@florence2095 Summer Wells and the Sussexes were compelling stories. Add Jussie Smollett and Ghilane Maxwell. The Kyle Rittenhouse saga. Nothing wrong with keeping up with current events.
Wow! Thank You So Much for the incredibly kind words! I look forward to hearing about your journey in a years time.
1. Get ahead of yourself
- discipline - your mind in the future
- you, 5yrs from now
- prioritize the future
2. Be responsible for your own electricity
- responsibility for your own thoughts
- law of attraction
3. Choose your ingredients
- treat your body the way you treat your car - with great care
- what are you putting into your body?
- stop eating high levels of fat, sugar, salt & processed & modified & packaged "food"
- plan meals ahead
Great video. Straight to the point. All killer, no filler. Thanks Chase :)
Love that line. Haha. Happy new year!
@@chasehughesofficial you too man
@@chasehughesofficial can hypnosis stop a cutter from cutting?
I’ve been whole-food, plant based for 10 years. Your message is wonderful, and I was so excited to hear it.
I love this! Thank you Chase ~ not only are you a brilliant guy on the Behavior Panel, you're a thoughtful, inspiring teacher of life as well.

Great advice and so much wisdom, thank you Chase.
my thoughts exactly. mine is a bit older but covid really got her off track and she lost who she was.
I may have to watch it a bunch of times.
I love how you summed it all up in a neat little package to share with the world. It’s great advice.
My future self thanks You ! I think you are just wonderful!
You have no idea how much I needed to hear this right now. Working frontline ER radiology has completely broken me. This has given me hope.
Thanks.

What a remarkable human being you are Chase. Really appreciate your insight. 😊
Chase, you really chunked it down & described it more clearly than any motivation videos I have watched on RUclips and read in ( useless) expensive books on " How to..."
I have reached two " secret" goals this year:
1) I was acknowledged to be one of the best tutors in my field in Denmark and later this year my 6 colleagues, our boss and I was nominated to be one of best innovative workplace in Denmark.
Here is a January update: I got a phonecall today the responsible mentor to the Social- and health students in my city
She asked me if I would be interested in teaching a class of new students and introduce them to communication, building rapport, via bodylanguage on Jan.
Thank you 🙏 - keeping it simple & taking it back to basics. Love “if you don’t recognise the ingredient, don’t eat it, EVER.” 🥳
Exceptional advice! Thank you!
There's a hidden element in your message, Chase, that touches my heart - your compassion for human life - the life of all of us! Now my heart has wakened to this I'm in a different place - more respect for myself - thank you!
Behind you when you present - "An Appeal 🌲 To Heaven" Thank you for the gentle reminder, and deep bows...
Happy, healthy, and prosperous new year @Chase!
Thank you Chase for bringing vulnerability, compassion and authenticity to this world! Glad to share time on earth with high integrity beings as you. All the best/I ❤️🙏🏻
My husband is a minister and he plans to incorporate the idea of our ingredients in his message on healthful living. Thank you for this video.
