There are three confederations Switzerland, Canada and Norway. Therefore, there are similarities between these advanced countries. Switzerland with its mountains should not lack electricity and therefore industries. It is important to blend craft and industrial productions to relief the families.

To everyone: French is one of the official langue in the UN and in Switzerland. So as the French President, the Swiss President can speak in one of the officials language of Switzerland (here French) in front of the general assembly.
You can’t criticise the fact that the president of a sovereign nation speak in his National language. And for the people who ask why he can’t speak in German, the reason is simple: German is not a official language of the United Nations.

Bruh, the official language of UN are Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish. French is also one of the official languages in both Swiss & the UN , so don't say him silly and speak in English, you can't deny the fact that there are 6 official languages in the UN.
