Bravo colleagues.

I was blessed by my talents that i can have a opportunity here at CAT! I can't wait! Always wanted to be a part tip-top inspirational team and moat supportive community and companie!
I love my HAAS VF4-SS but I hate my lazy HFO.
Sorry to hear that... Where is your shop located?
@@hfotridentmachinegroup We are in the Pacific Northwest. Seattle area. My biggest gripe is their lack of communication. Ask a question and maybe 3 days latter at best you will hear something. More like 1 1/2 weeks. Email is not difficult. This is 2021.
@@Thepriest39 Sorry to hear that and I completely agree. I'll forward your comments along.
@@hfotridentmachinegroup Thanks. Judging by other comments in other HAAS videos that I have seen, I don’t seem to be an isolated case. I am glad to hear that you care and want to address it.
damn the workplace looks sooo dirty, have yourself some 6S and Lean training.
oh yeah and put some lights on
That's a real machine shop! Where I work now, they spend more time cleaning machines and mopping floors instead of making money...
You think that's bad, my work barely cleans at all. Everything is coated in a layer of dust, oil, and grime. You can even see the aggregate in the concrete floor most everywhere in the shop. And most of the machines are from the mid 90s
Mazak, Mazak is the other brand they have.
Correct. Most of the Haas machines added in recent years have replaced aging Mazak machines.
@@hfotridentmachinegroup Why did company switches better brand to lower quality brand especially if they do lot's of heavy machining. There's few brands that do better in heavy machining than Haas like Doosan and it's just couple % more expensive. The only thing that Haas beats other competitor in US is parts availability and quicker repair than others.
@@Andrey222ful in this video the manufacturer explains that the Haas CNC is quite capable of heavy machining. In fact, that's why they are trading out old Mazak machines for Haas machines. They've witnessed how well the Haas performs in their own shop and keep buying more. In fact, they've purchased 10 more Haas CNC's since the filming of this video.
