    Why we take patient date of birth year in ffa and oct

    • @optometry-with-samir
      @optometry-with-samir  Год назад

      Date of birth with year is important for several reasons:
      1. Unique identifier of patient.
      2. For comparison of normative data in same age group.
      3. Few diseases are specific in specific age group.
      Name can be same for few patients but adding date of birth gives extra unique identification.

    After how much time duration this test is to be done again? I want to know the repetition frequency of this test? I have undergone this test and my retina is normal but I can't afford it again and again.
