    At 8:37 we are actually talking about right eye since nasal rnfl is on left side ?

      No it's actually correct. This is not like our typical examinations where we assume the patient to be sitting in front of us..
      You have to imagine yourself sitting at the oct machine and think about the orientation.
      When you do so...the left rnfl thickening means the disc is that side...
      And it's is the left eye that the disc is going to be on the left side.( as we know the disc is nasal )

    the post. hyaloid what is in the picture and post. pvd it make bit confuse. how do we make understand?

      The posterior hyaloid is usually not seen... The picture has PVD, therefore it's visible there
