so basically correlation shows if there is and relation between two variables and if so then what the strenght is of that relation (quantified with r). And regression gives you a formula so you can predict the dependent variable if you know the independent variable. Is this correct?
just some theoretical statements from books regurgitated here. No practical explanation. One can pass an exam by reproducing these statements but when it comes to applying them in real life scenarios, it will be very difficult with such learning.
I have learnt these things in first and second year of college but I didn't know that I will be searching in RUclips the difference between them I m learning MACHINE LEARNING Thank you for explanation
_A scientist determined the intensity of solar radiation and temperature of plantains every hour throughout the day. He used correlation to describe the association between the two variables. A friend said he would get more information using regression. What are your views?_ I wish to see your view on this
nice. one question for anyone to answer. If r is close to +1 or -1 correlation, then y value is good or best fit to consider in regression analysis? am I correct to conclude that?
Sort of :) In my experience, you will FIRST find yourself doing regression analysis (a dependent versus independents), and THEN work with correlations using factor analysis. It's practical to think of it like this, because (1) correlation isn't "y fits". It's "y and x are co-dependent" (neither is independently causal). and (2) you weight each variable equally.
Graphical persentation seems incorrect for negative corelation as in negative corelation direction of variables should b e opposite how ever you are showing both down word..

thank youu ^^
Thank you for the concise summary.

Yeah right 👍
Ok
Very negative comment for a wonderful video!
I don't agree with ur comment.
Negative comments.
Bahut accha smjha diya didi aapne ..behen teacher ne khde krke question nhi poocha h
Millions of thanks to you
This was very simple and useful. Thanks!
Very helpful in clearly understanding correlation and regression, what they mean and how they are used.
Concepts well explained.
Really amazing. Well explained❤
This was really helpful, thank you

Thank you for explanation
Thanks, it is very helpful.

Bih im off a xanny 😩😩😩😩
i find this video very helpful
Thank you for your good examples n´ presentation.
Thank you so much dear!
Very helpful, thanks a lot!
Thank you for explaining in easiest way.
great job, thanks
The best explanation 👍
Thanks a lot for this video. It helped a lot to understands the concept very easily.
thanks a lot for the explanation
Thanks Surbhi for sharing this, It’s difficult to put in words explanations like this and you share it so simple and clear. Wish you all the best 🙂🙏
excellent and to the point
I Can now write in the exam directly,

Tooo much helpful video 🎉

I appreciate this thank you so much!
b value for isometric growth in length-length relationship ?
Thanks you very much for your perfect teachings.
Nice video. Very clear to understand
Well explained.. ❤️...love this video 😌..
so simple and nice
This was very useful. Thank you
Actually good and clear
Shabashhhhh!
Awesome video 👏

Very helpful! Thank you.
difference bw analysis and interpretation?

Difference between covarience and regression
Explain these differences
Is there any possibility that the correlation of variables positive and regression of the same variable negetive?
Thanks!
It should not be in my understanding.
Big no not possible at all I have done so many practicals on this
Thanks alot
Thank you madam
You didn't given examples of regression madam?
Good teaching but too speed
Very helpful😊
In qualitative hypothesis study...... Can we use correlation
nope
Kal exam he aesa likh deta hun cool lagunga 🤣😪😭
Wao waoo
Thanks , that was helpful 😊
Then what's the difference both are the same..just the words used are different 😬
In what language are you speaking?
Korean 😂
thank you
Thanks 😊
Good one but too speedy.
There is this thing called Playback Speed that you can adjust by tapping the 3 vertical dots. Works well at 75% speed
Man I am playing this on 1.5x speed still feel like slow
Graphical persentation seems incorrect for negative corelation as in negative corelation direction of variables should b e opposite how ever you are showing both down word..
That particular representation is right..
Here the value of x axis is increasing and at the same time the value of y axis is decreasing
Yeah it's good but speed
Clear and cut information
TQ sister
