- In this session, we have explained the differences between Correlation and Regression. Also, the video talks about the meaning of the term 'correlation' and its types with examples. Further, in this video, the meaning of regression has been explained. Additionally, correlation coefficent and regression coefficent are also discussed.
At the end of this video, you will find the difference between correlation and regression in a detail.

Thanks you very much for your perfect teachings.
Thank you for explaining in easiest way.
Thanks a lot for this video. It helped a lot to understands the concept very easily.
This was very simple and useful. Thanks!
This was really helpful, thank you
This was very useful. Thank you
Thank you for your good examples n´ presentation.
Millions of thanks to you
Concepts well explained.
Very helpful! Thank you.
I appreciate this thank you so much!
The best explanation 👍
Thanks, it is very helpful.
Nice video. Very clear to understand
so basically correlation shows if there is and relation between two variables and if so then what the strenght is of that relation (quantified with r). And regression gives you a formula so you can predict the dependent variable if you know the independent variable.
Is this correct?
Yees
thank youu ^^
Thank you so much dear!
Very helpful in clearly understanding correlation and regression, what they mean and how they are used.
I Can now write in the exam directly,
Tq mam
excellent and to the point
thanks a lot for the explanation
great job, thanks
Actually good and clear
Awesome video 👏
i find this video very helpful
Thanks , that was helpful 😊
Thanks 😊
Thanks Surbhi for sharing this, It’s difficult to put in words explanations like this and you share it so simple and clear. Wish you all the best 🙂🙏
Well explained.. ❤️...love this video 😌..
Tooo much helpful video 🎉
so simple and nice
thank you
Bahut accha smjha diya didi aapne ..behen teacher ne khde krke question nhi poocha h
Shabashhhhh!
Very helpful😊
Tqq mam🙏
Thanks alot
Well explained
TQ sister
Thank you madam
_A scientist determined the intensity of solar radiation and temperature of plantains every hour throughout the day. He used correlation to describe the association between the two variables. A friend said he would get more information using regression. What are your views?_
I wish to see your view on this
Bih im off a xanny 😩😩😩😩

🙏
nice. one question for anyone to answer. If r is close to +1 or -1 correlation, then y value is good or best fit to consider in regression analysis? am I correct to conclude that?
Sort of :)
In my experience, you will FIRST find yourself doing regression analysis (a dependent versus independents), and THEN work with correlations using factor analysis. It's practical to think of it like this, because (1) correlation isn't "y fits". It's "y and x are co-dependent" (neither is independently causal). and (2) you weight each variable equally.

Mam aap ise next vedio hindi se example ke sath explain kriye please...
background me reading chal rahi hai. Samjha nahi raha hai koi mass slides pass ho rahi hai.
Good teaching but too speed
Clear and cut information
Good
just some theoretical statements from books regurgitated here. No practical explanation. One can pass an exam by reproducing these statements but when it comes to applying them in real life scenarios, it will be very difficult with such learning.
Yeah right 👍
Ok
Very negative comment for a wonderful video!
I don't agree with ur comment.
Negative comments.
Yeah it's good but speed
You didn't given examples of regression madam?
In qualitative hypothesis study...... Can we use correlation
nope
Kal exam he aesa likh deta hun cool lagunga 🤣😪😭
Price and demand - can b postively or negatively corelated
-
Then what's the difference both are the same..just the words used are different 😬
Is there any possibility that the correlation of variables positive and regression of the same variable negetive?
Thanks!
It should not be in my understanding.
Big no not possible at all I have done so many practicals on this
Difference between covarience and regression
Explain these differences
Good one but too speedy.
There is this thing called Playback Speed that you can adjust by tapping the 3 vertical dots. Works well at 75% speed
Parrot teacher india
In what language are you speaking?
Korean 😂
Hindi me bhi ap bta diya kro piz
Graphical persentation seems incorrect for negative corelation as in negative corelation direction of variables should b e opposite how ever you are showing both down word..
That particular representation is right..
Here the value of x axis is increasing and at the same time the value of y axis is decreasing

bakwass copy paste.. atleast make us understand with examples and nemericals
You are just reading ..no explanation
Very helpful, thanks a lot!
