For those constantly saying what she should and shouldn’t do it’s her hair and her experience we all experiment with our hair let her do her thing and see what works for her! All hair is different
You worded this nicer than I would have 🤣🤣 thank you for having my back 💕
Ofc🙌🏼❤️here for the content not to tell you how to take care of YOUR hair
I usually see a lot of black women in these comments saying they could never be so vulnerable. I need y’all to understand that this is being YOURSELF , and it’s super beautiful and attractive because it’s a restored image of self and beauty. This is not shame, it’s strength, poise, boldness, confidence, and everything we believed weaves and wigs would give us. It’s already IN us…..It IS us.
LISTEN!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!! I'm on youtube as the person I wish I could have looked up to when I was 15 years old wearing invisible parts/quick weaves and ripping out my edges. I'm willing to put myself out there to show people, especially the young ones, what could happen if they mistreat their hair. IF I HAVE TO EMBARRASS MYSELF AND MAKE THE SACRIFICE THEN SO BE IT💪🏽
You're right but Women of all races wear Weaves _( incl. Tape Weave)_ & Fake Hair Extensions' and Wigs while also striving for the same feeling.
@@tamithecreator Girl we appreciate you !!! ❤️
@@TheBrownIsland Are other races in these comments ? Is the woman in this video of another race ? Is she speaking from the culture of other women? NO… she’s BLACK, the women here are BLACK, I’m BLACK and our hair experience is culturally BLACK. So stop it. Idc about Becky’s clip in extensions, other racial groups clearly do not share the same cultural experience of a black woman who has had to compromise parts of herself to be accepted by a society that saw her natural hair as “too much”. I don’t care about other women who wear weaves. I’m speaking to BLACK WOMEN……..PERIOD !
With this consistency and prayer for your hair, the growth will exceed your expectations 💕
Hey y'all! QUICK UPDATE. Today is Day 12 and I can honestly say you will NEVER see clove water on my channel again lol. After 2 uses of clove water I knew my hated it but I tried so hard to force my hair to like it. My braids were SEVERELY DRY, BRITTLE, AND FELT LIKE STRAW. Thanks to your comments I'm learning cloves are a protein and I tested my hair porosity and learned I am protein sensitive. Its my fault for thinking what worked on everyone else's hair would have worked on mine. I say this to say I am a week behind now. I REMADE MY ROSEMARY MIX EXCLUDING THE CLOVES. I WILL BE EXTENDING THIS JOURNEY ANOTHER 5 DAYS THEN FILM MY RESULTS. MY HAIR IS SUPER DRY AND IF I TAKE MY BRAIDS OUT IN THE STATE ITS IN NOW I WILL HAVE A LOT OF UNNECESSARY BREAKAGE. TODAY IS THE 27TH I'LL FILM THE UPDATE SATURDAY DEC 5TH. Lesson learned the hard way. (on a positive note, I have high hopes for micro needling! I was so scared of getting an infection or a negative reaction so far i'm in the clear, more updates to come)
It’s because clove is very high protein, and if you are proteins sensitive, then clove may not be right for you I use fenugreek with my Rosemary cause it’s a lot more gentle for me
Test aloe and b try it. Super detangling and moisturizing.
Get it girl!!!! Just know that we wholeheartedly support you
I literally avoid protein!! My hair hates it!! I personally feel if you are natural you don’t need protein treatments often!
After watching your video, I saw another lady (Michelle Ijeoma) who advises uses it sparingly. Once or twice a week. Maybe still worth a try but only less frequently. Your content has me hooked. Thank you so much
I HEART YOUR DETERMINATION and how far you've come Sis!!! 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾
THANK YOU SO MUCH 💕
Praying for your hairs full recovery!
Thank you so much!
Wow! Your brief story about how your chair fell out and how it's grow now made me so happy about your progress! Go girl! More growth to your hair and edges.
Aww thank you! 18 packs of braiding hair is no joke & I’m still paying for it 10 years later 😩😩
@@tamithecreator that’s horrible. Good you’re on the path to restoration now!
Hey love. So happy to see your progress. Not sure if you ever tried, but try using fresh organic aloe vera leaf for a natural detangle. You won't even have to comb, finger comb and less shedding. Makes hair super soft and manageable as well as adds shine. You can also use the aloe vera in the clove and rosemary spray so it can be added for Scalp and Hair leave in conditioner. Which will not dry your scalp. Hope this helps
I haven't introduced aloe to my hair yet but its something I'm DEFINITELY willing to try. Im adding The aloe to my amazon cart right now! Thank you!!
It really works like kilode. Am a living witness ✌️
Great suggestion! I use the same but as a leave-in. Then I seal the hair with Shea Butter Nilotica by BelOrganyx
It really works the way you asked her to try.
Agreed. Fresh Aloe is best.
Omg finally someone with my hair texture! I LOVE your hair journey and I’m happy I found your channel ❤❤❤❤

thank you so much! 🤞
I am extremely proud of you. This takes diligence. 😊 yasss sis. You got the gio shampoo. Youbare going to experience so much growth. And faster. Go girl!!!
I saw your comment on my other video about the shampoo 😂 I promise I only used it once, now I use it on my wigs 😂. I appreciate you and your advice!
I love and admire your transparency, dedication/determination, and positive attitude-- it's very inspiring! Very well-done, well-explained, step by step video too! Congrats on your results!! Remember the importance and impact of incorporating consistently healthy, balanced nutrition for every aspect of our well-being, including hair health. Best wishes for continued progress!!
Tami so glad I found your channel. You popped up in my recommendations and I’ve been considering a dermaroller for the past couple weeks since I’ve been researching. Im looking to step up my hair growth for me and my household and we have different textures. I also didn’t realize clove had protein. This is so helpful . New subscriber ❤️
I have been looking for u and it was worth the wait. Edges are prosperous 😍
Yes!! Thank you!
Looking forward to seeing your hair growth… it’s doing great around the edges 😊❤
Gorgeous results 😍😍😍😍

Your hair is going good sis! Watching your journey gives me hope that my edges might grow up healthy also...It's definitely a process. ❤🙏🏽 I'm gonna try your doo grow method too.
Hi! Thank you so much! Good luck to you on your journey! It’s a slowwww process but Doo gro has definitely helped me. I pray healthy and flourishing hair onto you. God bless 💕🙏
I love to check in on you and see how your beautiful fro it doing! Keep up the good work! ❤ (Don’t listen to folks in the comments. Do what works for you.)
Omg, I love your little braids! 😁
So much progress... It's beautiful Tami
Thank you so much for your comments beautiful ♥️♥️
you better keep up the goooddd workkk !!!!!! ill be keeping upp
Thank you!
Yes hope you see progress with the microneedling and rosemary/fenegreek oil!
Thank you so much! I hope so too 🤞🤞🤞
You are doing a great job keeping up on your edges 😎
Thank you so much ❤️❤️
Congratulations on the progress! "I'm natural going on 2 years now?" Twist hair styles work for me.... Low manipulation is 🗝️ for me!!! Sincerely, Latasha Davis
Love the progress. Remember, before styling you should put in a leave in moisturizer or oil to keep the slip while styling. Styling dry can lead to damage. Whenever you go to your hair, put a few drops of oil on your finger tips to avoid breakage. I hope this helps. Keep the videos coming!
Thank you so much Tomika, for your advice and comments. I normally use a bit of product but i was nervous since I was going to micro needle. Appreciate you!
@@tamithecreator You’re welcome. I’m enjoying your videos.
I need your discipline 😫 love your progress boo!

Good job I watch your video because you show the before-and-after situation......
And you're so very thorough thank you for sharing your own situation's....
Thank you so much for this . I have 3c hair and braids and relaxer ripped out my edges years ago and I’m looking into different ways to grow them back
Good luck on your growth. It’s been ten years for me and I finally started taking my journey serious and I’m just now starting to see results. I wish you health and growth 🙏🙏
Loved the video! Your hair is so pretty queen! 😍🥺💕
thank you. I can’t wait til my hair looks like yours 😩🥰

EXCELLENCE ‼️
Best complement I could ever receive! Thank you so much!
Girl!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I loveeee Giovanni’s clarifying shampoo!!
YAY!!! I blind purchased it so thank you!
I'm so proud of you for staying consistent with your progress. My hair us midback length and I started off around your length.Weaves really damaged my hair edges were gone. I can say consistently is key with any regimen of growth. Can I add a suggestion? If I can go back n re do my hair journey. I wouldve of threw away my shampoos and used bentonite clay mix to clarify n clean my scalp. Then I deep condition with my yellow sheabutter mix using a heated cap. My hair has grown so much. I have my hair in minitwist. I'm a wife n mom n doing my hair is time consuming. With the twist I can still do treatment. I'm low porosity. Use satin or silk scarves .There are so many paths to hair grow I hope yours grow.
if anyone wants a good bentonite clay treatment recipe
Bentonite clay
Rhassaul clay
avcado oil
jojoba oil
honey
molasses
applecider vinegar
Thank you for this. Your commitment to self care is inspiring. Praying for your success. You’re beautiful in any way that you express yourself. Your regimen was most helpful. I have a few bald spots from an over processed color I allowed the cosmetologist to leave in a little longer because I forgot, and I took for granted that the cosmetologist would know what do, that my hair doesn’t show that the color is taking until you rinse the product out. I should have said no, but I didn’t and I paid for that mistake. Maybe the micro needling and consistent washing and conditioning regimen may help it grow. It’s been two years now.
Thank you for sharing your story. Similar to my story I originally went in with 4 packs of hair & somehow walked out with 18 in my hair. It was too much but I trusted the stylist. My incident happened 10 years ago and I’m still paying for it. I’m sure if you follow the right regimen those spots will grow. I’m praying healthy hair unto you🙏 God bless
This really works 😮 great content
Appreciate you!
I went back and watched your monthly check ins and you are making great progress. Your right side (?) Is progressing. I can see the hair growing in
I needed this comment, sometimes I feel I’m not progressing but I’m glad you see it🙏🙏 thank you
Just did the big chop,(10-19-2022) I'm hoping my hair can grow thick and healthy like yours.
The hardest part is doing the chop! I’m so happy that you did it!! Your hair will thrive! Good luck on your journey, you have a whole community behind you 💪💪

FIRST OF; THAAANK YOU FOR RECORDING YOUR JOURNEY AND SHARING WITH US! I watched the one where you shaved your hair off and commented how vulnerable you were being in front of the camera, I couldn’t agree more! Hair baldness is no joke. However did I hear you say 10 year?! Because you’re giving me some hope by showing that’s it’s possible to restore hair growth even after many years!
Your comment made me smile! I didn’t expect anyone to see the video of me shaving my hair off but here I am 500k views later 😭 It’s embarrassing but I’m just here to be the voice I wish I had 10 years ago when I was applying glue & weaves to my hair without guidance. I’m proof that damage can be reversed.
Thank you for your comment!
@@tamithecreator thank you for taking the time to respond 😊, and you’re so humble.
I am getting ready to purchase a micro needle thing. Thanks for the info and great job
Thank you. I hope the micro needling helps you!
As someone who has been natural since 2009, big chopped twice, lost hair due to an infection, I can tell you many ways to help your growth.
1. Cloves are hit or miss. You may want to remove them from regimen if you notice continuous drying.
2. Once a month, use bentonite clay. It detoxifies your hair & scalp. For more info, watch the science behind it on the GreenBeauty channel.
3. Ayurvedic ingredients are your friends.
4. Make sure you seal the moisture in your ends to retain length. I use a chebe hair butter. You can use whatever you like.
You hit the nail on the head!
1. Cloves hate my hair. I just did my second batch for week 2 and I took cloves out the mix. I knew after 2 uses cloves didn’t like me but I learned recently it’s because of the excess protein.
2. Bentonite clay ✅ I have the clay and use it for my armpits and face ocassionally. The way it dries out my face scared me to use it on my hair… I’ll look into it
3. Yup, I’m testing Ayurvedic herbs slowly. I started with fenugreek and my hair responded nicely to it. I’m using the herbs individually because I want to know what my hair likes vs doesn’t like. It’ll take me a while but I’ll get in there & once I find my top 3-5 I’ll stick to those.
4. So I use LCO, liquid is rosemary and fenugreek water, cream is a cream moisturizer that I like, O is the oil mix I made. I think I’m doing this right. My hair is always moisturized even when I went through the rough patch with the cloves it still felt somewhat moisturized.
I hope I’m doing things right. I’m trying to keep the routine simple while implementing little things here and there for trial and error.
Appreciate you commenting!
Mix the bentonite clay with a little acv & aloe juice. Cover you hair with plastic to keep it from drying. You will notice a big difference. Make sure you follow with a conditioner that doesn't have protein.
Mielle has a $6.99 sale going on. I stocked up using afterpay, cuz $$ is tight.
I just subscribed because I want to see your journey & rooting for you!
Is chebe butter heavy? I am in New Zealand and shea moisture is the "best products" for 4C hair here. Shipping to NZ is very pricey.
@@brklyn2922 it depends on the mix. Just keep in mind that chebe is for the hair not the scalp. Chebe butter is great as a sealant & helps with length retention. I get mine off etsy.
@Diva Hill Thanks Diva Hill!
When you use clove water you need to add something moisturizing e.g. aloe vera gel/juice and a tsp of oil.
I wish I knew this a week ago 😭😭
I used to use most of these products and more to grow my hair. Only to realize hair grows most with little effort. If you feel comfortable try putting it in 2 strands for a couple of weeks at a time. Just keep your hair and scalp moisturized between washes. I promise this works better than any of the concoctions I made 😂
Lol im a lazy natural and been doing this since i went back natural. My hair is now longer than it has ever been even when i was a kid. I approve this message. 😂
I think you are right about changing up the braiding pattern to get more scalp surface area, also I have considered microneedling but I am afraid the needles would damage the hair follicles, if you get results I’ll reconsider
I’m terrified of needles too 😂 it didn’t hurt but you definitely feel it. I pray I get results but so far no regrets 🤞🤞 I’ll keep you updated
Same here..I can't wait to try microneedling. After I see your results
Nice one dear!
You are doing well
Thank you so much 🥹
Thank you ❤️😊
I don’t know what your personal journey has been because this is my first video of yours, but I remember doing all this and it was fun but it was unnecessary. I just see myself in you!!! I was doing all this shxt. My routine is so simple now and the results speak for themselves. I still like watching ppl do all the extra it’s a vibe. And you’re pretty.
18 PACKS OF WHAT
@@YourMom-jq1pr I'll slow it down once I find the right products. I'm going through trial and error right now but I understand. I'll show pics of the braids that tore my edges up just for you lol
I just posted a similar comment. I simplified my routine now my hair is bra strap/ mid back length. I’m 4b/c
Tami The Creator, I'm new here and like you already because you are funny! "Your hair was fighting you and you were fighting back". I love it. Just subscribed to your channel
🤣🤣 thank you for subbing lol
LOL "This is not a how to, it's what I did". I heard ya Sis they say necessity is the mother of invention. Good luck!!!
Hey hun I was going through a similar situation due to tight sew ins near my edges and one thing that really help was a derma pen, it’s way more effective then the roller and it really help to circulate blood flow In the scalp. That and protein treatment like eggs and mayonnaise mask or a henna hair mask help build up strength in my hair and increase growth as well.
I skipped over a derma pen to get to the derma roller lol I thought they were the same thing, i'll definitely give it another look! Thank you
What’s a derma pen?
Try Bask & Lather stimulating hair oil. It's the only thing that grew my edges back after 5 years of searching. Best wishes to you.
Your commentary is so funny, even when you’re not trying to be 🤣. We see the progress! 👏🏽 Edges can definitely be one of the more stubborn areas to treat and train. I agree with switching up the braid patterns. If you can, try a horizontal braiding pattern especially in the front.
Lol I say random things because I know people just skip through 🤣 I'll try horizontal parting. Im trying to picture it, when you say horizontal you mean like pop smoke? lol thats what I'm visualizing.
@@tamithecreator Lol! & Yes, Pop Smoke is the perfect example. I really wish RUclips would allow gifs or pictures in the comments but you got it.
Your edges look better and better.
Thank you 🙏🥹
TAMMY! Thank you so much for your videos! I bought all of the products from your first video and I am starting my hair journey next week..years of sew ins and micros left my hair and edges totally damaged. I see that you use the micro blading for your edges. I seen a few youtube videos in where some people have used glycolic acid 7 percent to unclog the damage skin regarding the edges. I did purchase a bottle so hopefully it works..thanks again for your videos!!
CONGRATS ON STARTING YOUR HAIR JOURNEY! I’ll check out the drops, I’m learning my hair so now I kind of know what ingredients work and don’t work. I’ll check this out though. I wish you health and growth!!! We’re on this journey together 💕
Rosemary and microneedling will have your hair flourishing in no time. I used rosemary water for 3 times a week and in one month I got 1.5 inch hair growth. I made a new rosemary mix water this month, I added lavender and fenugreek to it. I have a water and oil mix i use 3 times a week and wash my hair once a week. My hair has been FLOURISHING. I added more massage sessions this time and inversion as well so cant wait to see the results. ☺️ Forgot to mention I also made a DHT Blocker too.
Your routine is so similar to mine! I love it! I wish I started this routine when I first started but I pray my hair flourishes like yours! Sometimes I feel like I’m winging it but your comment made me feel so much better! I feel like I’m on the right track, thank you!
@@tamithecreator I completely agree. I was so surprised when I saw your routine too. Ours is soooo similar. Consistency is really what had me seeing results. You'll definitely see even more results since you know how to be consistent. Good luck. Had to subscribe. Cant wait to follow your journey. 🙏🏿❤️
@@oe5801 Appreciate you
Hi. How do you make the DHT blocker?

Hey friend 🤣👋👋
Yes Queen 👸 👏 🙌 looking good 👍 👌 hope to see more growth and healthy hair in 2 weeks
I keep my hair in single braided sections as well! It’s so much easier if look after
I surprisingly like the singles more than the straight backs/cornrows 😂
@@tamithecreator Wow you replied! Yes it’s less tension on the scalp plus you can easily apply products to the scalp and don’t have to worry about tangling for at least two weeks. I just leave the alopecia/sensitive part unbraided which is the crown for me.
I started using the mielle after seeing it from you. And I'm seeing so so much progress on my hairline nothing on my bald spot but I'm happy with the hairline... Maybe I must try that mix of yours too
Mielle has a black Friday sale right now fyi
Yesss!!!! I love this!! I used the mielle but I needed something with a little more juice so I started using this mix but I’m so glad mielle worked out for you! Glad you’re back btw 💕
One of my favorite moisturizers is a curl no drip spray
I'll look into it thank you!
I’m scared to cut mine it’s new year you giving me motivation
Listennn, I was supposed to cut my hair off for the new year last year and didn’t actually do it until March. I just came home from work one day at 2 am and said “today is the day.” You’ll do it when you’re ready no rush
I like the applicator bottles with the brush
Hello there , your hair reminds me of my very own hair! The edges are such a challenge. My hair jus a little longer than yours. But I’m having progress with the clove oil’s combinations. An messaging really helps to , I agree!! Welcome to YuTube!! An good luck🤞
Omg! The clove water is working?? Definitely makes me feel better. I’m doing things blind but comments like this give me hope 🙏
Me too lady, 🤞👍
I will like to see your hair journey
I love your progress its amazing.
I dont have the same hair as you but my neighbour does and she put me onto Zaisha new sprout hair butter. It has been amazing for my growth and I dont look like a drowned rat with a head full of oils.
Use neem oil in your shampoo to stop the alopecia and clove in your conditioner to help the scalp get healthier and get blood flow in the scalp for regrowth
You have lovely natural hair. Full bodied.
Thank you so much!
I love Giovanni leave in conditioner an anything from tgin is thick I use it during the winter season
Keep taking care of your hair like this and it’ll definitely flourish sis. Love it! ❤
Thank you! Love your hair in your pic!!
Thanks for these helpful videos. Your hair looks great, 1 question i have is after 5 yrs of being natural i got a perm and cut out damaged hair, and now im trying to grow out my hair with a perm. Should vut all of my hair off like you and start over, my edges are damaged or should i just treat it myself. I already have all the product u have listed. Thanks
I’m on this journey with you I’m trying to grow my hair so I don’t have to rely on my wig all the time
your hair is doing soooo well, all that hair work is really paying off girl !! do you have the link to the specific spray bottle you got from Amazon? I've been looking for one like thatt 😭
Hey Alisha! Thank you so much! I have it linked but it’s on Amazon under Fine Mist Spray bottle, appreciate and you are BEAUTIFUL!
aww thank youuu and okay! good looks 💕
You are doing great job on caring for your hair. I am going to purchase me one of those tools from Amazon and see what it do! Also, I stop using wig caps because it causes hair breakage. I use regular head wraps that you sleep in (the kind that covers your edges) with the velcro in place of the wig cap under the wig. It works well and prevents breakage.
Oh no! Even wig caps aren’t safe 😭😭 what’s the actual name of the cap you use??? I’ll definitely look into it.
I like to know what cap you use too. I have been wanting something better than a wig cap to wear under my wigs.
You gave yourself a good scalp treatment..
Omggg your hair looks so thick and lush!!! You are doing a wonderful job with it. 💜👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Girl your hair will be down your back in no time 😃
Question: how does your hair smell when using your growth concoction?
🤣🤣🤣 this is funny because I made my sister do a sniff test to make sure my walk by air didn’t smell. The mixture itself just smells minty.
I don’t smell it on myself, the only time I smell it is when I go to gym and my head gets hot and sweaty. Other than that I don’t smell it but mind you my hair is under a headband wig during the day, if someone had the mix in and wore their natural hair unless someone’s nose is in your hair they won’t smell it, the mix has a scent but it’s nothing too pungent.
And thank you for compliments! Appreciate you ♥️♥️🤣
@@tamithecreator yesssss walk by air is very important that it doesn’t stink or smell. 😂
You should try shampooing and after (while still wet) section and add a deep conditioner and finger detangle each section. Then put on a heated cap, get under the dryer or aluminum cap for 30 mins or so, then fully detangle after rinsing. You can add oil and leave in before detangling using a Denman or paddle brush. When I tried this it was a lot less shedding and my curls were popping.
Thank you, my hair was too short to section off so I never did this but I’ll try it so I can get a more thorough wash thank you!
@@tamithecreator You welcome. I remember my big chop and the beginning of my natural hair journey. I didn't know what I was doing lol and still learning everyday. That was years ago. I was still wearing wigs to for like the first year or so too until I got at a comfortable length.
Hey sis, awesome video and congratulations on the progress you’ve been making with your hair. It’s inspiring. Just wanted to let you know to try the Gin Amber derma roller. There are fake derma rollers out there that aren’t needles at all. Gin Amber’s derma roller is a trusted one.
Yesss! I’ve been looking for a new one! I like mine but $10 for a derma roller sounded a little too good to be true 🥴 I’ll look them up thanks Syd
This is NoT a HOw too
This Iss What I Do 😭😭😭

Hey tami. We all hope with you that your hair will grow back nice and healthy. Habe you ever tried low level laser therapy for example from iRestore? They are pretty amazing and i have really nice results and baby hair!
Hey Tanja! I’m going to the dermatology at my one year mark. I was going to ask about getting shots but I’ll ask about laser therapy as well. Depends what they recommend and what’s in my price range, thank you!
Sometimes the big chop is all you need for your hair to grow back super healthy
Amen💪 best thing I ever done to my hair!
@@tamithecreator your hair is so healthy now and you are super gorgeous 😍💙
Hi great video hey! Please share what blowdryer you used in this video. Have been looking for the one with the comb attachment here in Zim or in South Africa
Mine is a silverbird from Amazon, I believe it’s about $40 USD and comes with 2 attachments. It gets pretty hot too
When you detangle you might want to use Aloe Vera. It provides the best slip you could ever experience. Sectioning helps too. Tangle teasers are easier on your arms too
I put aloe on my shopping list, I’ll use it to detangle when I take down my braids in my next video. Thank you!
Hi Tami. Those box braids are continuing to put pressure on your hair follicles, this will lead to further traction alopecia. Therefore this is not a protective style. Try going natural or doing a bi monthly silk press and wearing a silk scarf at night to keep it in place
Hey Diane, Thank you for your advice, I'm definitely open to new braiding patterns with my length i'm limited. I promise you i braid as loose as possible.
Keep your hair moist. Your hair is looking much healthier . Stay away from those tight long plaits!
I wrap my six plaits hair ends in plastic, it gets so dry overnight.
YES! The baggy method. I'm so interested in doing this!! Once my hair grows longer I'll do larger plaits, but thank you for the advice. Im assuming you put oil in plastic? How do you keep the bag on your tips?
Good evening, I already have a rosemary and clove tea but I just learned about the Fenugreek seeds. Can I reboil my rosemary and clove tea with fenugreek to have about the same tea as you? .
thanks for answering
Hey! I wouldn’t do it, the fenugreek will be less potent than the rest of the mix. If you want to test out fenugreek then incorporate it in your next batch. Good luck to you!
