If you go the GSMArena. They list the phone as having the 8+ Gen. 2 chip. If you go to, Giztop, they list the phone as also having the 8+ Gen. 2. So, who is right and who is wrong? Or is it just the language everyone is using that is getting me mixed up?
8+ gen 2 doesn't officially exist... there is an overclocked version of the 8 gen 2 which samsung calls 8 gen 2 for galaxy and is called 8 gen 2 leading version here - in the past similar overclocked versions have been called + variants officially... 888 to 888+, 8 gen 1 to 8+ gen 1... so some people are calling it 8+ gen 2... though qualcomm for whatever reason hasn't (probably a deal with samsung, but that's just speculation)

I'm sending my Redmagic 8s Pro BACK to ZTE. I could deal the crappy selfie camera, I could deal the non-expandable 512 GB storage. The Redmagic software is freaking DOMINEERING!!! You cant even install a custom launcher without this P.O.S. phone starts glitching and reverts back to the factory launcher. This is why I left apple, I bought a gaming phone so I can customize it the way how I want.
