I am also a blogger but not a food blogger (yet) I like to see different people refer to others in their field. I follow your channel plus a couple others. Most people do that. You are helping the other blogger as well as yourself when you share and give credit. One blogger I know will not give the exact recipe but compares different people and gives links to their sites in his videos. It just helps everyone. Just give credit and there should be no problem. (from my viewpoint)

I saw this video before breakfast this morning & it totally changed my morning plans! Tried making one serving (1 egg, 1Tbs butter & 1oz cream cheese) and cooked it in a skillet (not knowing how long to bake something so small). It was a delish French toast/pancake hybrid. Then tried another serving in my waffle iron. So yummy!! Thank you for sharing the recipe & another source for recipes 😁💜

Good morning! I finally tried the egg loaf. Since I don't have a blender or food processor I did with a small electric mixer. I creamed the butter and cream cheese 1st with the sweetener then slowly poured in the eggs. LOL, however I had liquid eggs thinking they were whole eggs . . . they were egg whites. It overall still turned out great. I put in two loaf pans and sliced after cooling. Then fried up in slices and tasted just like my custard French toast used to. LOVE IT - LOVE YOU TWO & your awesome recipes. Thank you for being here!

Made it! Love it! My baking pan was a little smaller than yours, so I left some batter out and made waffles in my Dash waffle maker. My granddaughter said they tasted like French toast. The texture of the loaf reminded me of Starbucks Sous Vide eggs. So I will play around with that and see if I can make it savory. Thanks, this was so easy!

Yes ..lot of people have been making/ remaking age old Recipes . Funny that we made egg loaf and pan fried it in the 80s. Not that shocking you you stop and think we didn't have tons of options...small ingredient list were a must... But I am glad that the Sweet Sam.I.am has many recipes and is such a sweet and beautiful soul... We don't mind that she brought this recipe into many keto kitchens across America! It's delish in many forms.. even w the adding of some nut flours for better toastable slices...it's so good poured in a large flat pan and cut into thin squares then toasted in a skillet w browned butter all warm w crunchy edges. It's hard to tell..there's no bread involved...this way. Love that you made a video on it...as well. And yes Sam.I.am has many great recipes, Morning motivations very funny daily stories and weekly cook a longs... I promise you she's far more than a one hit wonder. Sweet as pie to boot! FYI... The Battalion is loving the quick and easy series👌keep up the good work... looking forward to Theos *first ... Keto cooking w DaDa and his sweet mama bird. Vlog... It will be a while but it's going be so cute😍😍😍😍 he's so cute. And still so tiny! #cutenessoverload

@@maggerblondie9810 my recipe- 8 eggs, 8 oz cream cheese, 4 tbl butter, 1/4 cup coconut flour, 1 tbl baking powder. ..that's the basic. Normally, I add 1/8 cup erythrotol and stevia to taste. 1/2 tsp cinnamon, a few dashes of nutmeg and ginger powder. Soften the cream cheese and butter, then I use an immersion blender. Pour it into a parchement paper lined pan and bake on 350 for 30 minutes...depends really on your oven. Its a staple in my house.

I think I saw this recipe on Keto Ally’s RUclips about a year ago. I’ve made it and it’s really great. I like Cary’s Sugar free syrup- most other sugar free syrups have the consistency of snot. 😂
I tried a recipe for Keto yeast bread by Keto King, and I didn’t have oat fiber and I subbed psyllium husk powder. It didn’t rise as well but still turned out ok. Have you guys considered doing a yeast bread recipe video? Waiting for it to proof is the downside, but it is SO much like regular bread, without the eggy or grainy taste that other recipes have.

Matt, I so agree with you on the Walden Farms. A lot of chemicals but tastes the best. Lol I just tried the Lankanto one last week but at 9g of total carbs per serving, I definitely am using a small amount. I would rather use Walden Farms.
