The veneers look very nice but I don’t think this patient needed veneers.
Nice results. The only difference is that I would not break the contact between the teeth and I would wrap the incisive edge and place the margin on the lingual so that during seating, I have a positive stop and know that each veneer is completely seated.....which makes it easier to place all the veneers at one time (so you know that you are not blocked out if one of your veneer is not all the way down). If you do this wrapping method, you got to make sure you don't place the lingual margin on the area of occlusion with the opposing teeth. There are many methods of doing veneers. I like your method of placing the initial margin with a round diamond bur.

Hi DrLeon, I wanted to ask you, what is the most polite way to ask your dentist for an anesthesia when they do not give one. I have developed a very strong phobia of dentists due to the fact that whenever I got my cavities filled, I had to go through so much pain. I dont want the dentist to think that I am doubting their expertise by telling them what to do but have some damaged teeth that need to be attended. Whats your advice ?
Simply tell him you're very sensitive to this kind of pain, and you're really uncomfortable to go through without anesthesia because you tried it before.
I had a filling before, the cavity was small and it didn't require anesthesia but the pain was horrible for me and i asked my dentist to give some and he understood and gave 2 ampoules and also i was feeling it slightly.
So the pain intolerance really differ from a person to another person.

Ask the dentist to use local anesthesia. There isnt any problem in asking mr yatin. That's a very normal situation if you have pain inform the dentist about it and he or she shall use anesthesia as per the requirement.

I'm planning to have porcelain veneer soon and I'm wondering if the dentist will inject anesthesia before the procedure? Idk if this is a stupid question because my brother had a procedure before and his dentist did not gave him an anesthesia so...

Is this a painful experience? I've got such an irritating phobia of the dentist but really want my teeth done. The thought of pain after a terrible experience is what's putting me off
Depends where you go to. Maybe find a dentist that uses laughing gas before he injects anaesthesia. Some keep topping up the anaesthesia so shouldn’t be painful unless it wears off. The teeth can be very sensitive after so get some good painkillers.

What was used for the temporary veneers??
Before delivering the final veneers to the patient, temporary veneers are used for the esthetic purpose.
Because final veneers are customised by the lab. In between Doctor will fix the temporary veneers.

Sorry but if I’m paying that much currency for four veneers, they better look realistic. These look like dull plastic covers that aren’t very bright nor reflect light like the whiter teeth to the sides of them. Isn’t the goal to match the color and quality of the other teeth to near identical qualities??

It is the biomimetic protocol.. heated composite has higher strength and has a more stable color. Resin cement can sometimes alter the color of the veneer..
The veneer is thin enough for the light to pass thru..so you can use a light cured composite in such veneerss
