Haha! I wish I did! I actually would like to do the Prolon fast again. That is probably my only real negative... offer substitutions for certain items (olives). And thank you! :)
Love the video! I do fasting through the year for Christian beliefs and for overall health. I hope to try this out one day, a bit pricy but maybe one day. Also what’s the health app you were using in the video? Thanks again for the great content!
Thank you so much! It really surprised me and the benefits were a lot more than I anticipated. The app you saw is Levels. It is a continious glucose monitoring solution that helps you understand what food and exercise do to your blood glucose levels. ruclips.net/video/WKzmXeIal6M/видео.html
It had an amazing impact and I was able to to maintain healthy blood glucose levels as long as I was making good decisions. As soon as you over consume, spike your blood glucose on the regular, or eat really poor options it will reverse back very quickly. That is why this is a great reset option. Get to a healthy state and maintain it. Hope that helps!
Hope it goes well! I have a water kettle that heats up water which made it real easy. I put water and then mix into a large yeti cup and then used a frother to mix it. Worked really well. Something like this - amzn.to/3QCXxwg
It did as long as I kept my diet in check. It can be reversed in either direction so going back to a high sugar diet will have the opposite effects. I was able to maintain the benefits for quite a while. So for this, you have to have the mindset of use this to recalibrate your body and then make good decisions going forward. If you do this, I thought it works really well personally.
It was a while ago and I don't remember exactly what it was. But I do remember thinking I was going to eat so much. Then the time came where I was allowed to eat and... I didn't right away. I was not that hungry. I think I lightly snacked until dinner and then had a real meal. I would recommend starting out light. Maybe some nuts, fruits or veggies, light healthy foods. Slowly work your way back into and take advantage of how your body has recalibrated.
I have done 3 day water fasts before. For me, this kit made it a lot easier. You still know you are "fasting", but it is much more manageable and easier to get through. You are also nourishing your body with a lot of quality ingredients so you are sort of enhancing the experience or results in some ways. I personally think there is value in both. If you think you can jump straight to water fast, it is most definitely an option. But if you wanted something less extreme but still very good for you, this could be that option and a water fast could be the next step. Hope that makes sense.

I found Prolon pretty easy. I distracted myself and kept active.
Great to hear. Did you notice any results you were happy with?

Thanks for this! How had your blood glucose been since resuming regular foods?

Just started day 1! How did you make the soup? When i made it there were clumps still left in the soup from the package mix!

Awesome! And thank you for the fast reply!
Your videos are amazing. I really like it. I am a new subscriber to your channel. Can I talk with you Travis?
Appreciate that. Please help this video get more views... :)
What is the time will be?
It will take a full 5 days
Did you maintain your weight loss? Did your insulin sensitivity maintain?
It did as long as I kept my diet in check. It can be reversed in either direction so going back to a high sugar diet will have the opposite effects. Any discount code? Thx
Working on one!
5 days I can handle
Exactly! Can potentially gain a lot from a relatively small sacrifice. 😀
What did you eat on day 6 after the fast?

Have you water fasted before, and if so, how did it compare? Did you lose strength from this?

Sorry, but I love the olives!
I wish I liked them! So good for you! But. Disgusting. 😂
