No matter how good her songs sound on the record (and of course, they sound fabulous), her live performances are almost always better. It's the extra rasp in her voice and the emotion we get to hear when she does a song live that I think makes it so amazing. But that's just my opinion :)

that was an amazing performance I remember very vividly watching it live on TV and was mesmerized by her singing on that day .. and it still brings goosebumps today
