Shell have the past and today the glory of petroleum success. In the future, we have never seen the reality of difficulties due to deeper searching and many uncertainties in the process. Shell harasses residential customers who do not have direct debits. They send texts/emails every day asking for payment. I have never experienced an energy company that is so aggressive to residential consumers

And they are the controlling force in the NAM (dutch natural gas organisation), which decides how much the energy companies will have to pay out for earthquakes caused by drilling for natural gas.
Spoiler alert: They don't pay out a lot, while other people lose their homes and financial futures.
