This cool idea is by @daniel..cooper but he uses resin to create the 'glass' effect. When I saw his video, I Immediately thought that they would be great Tiffany lamps for dollhouses / dioramas. I wanted to experiment with other materials that I have because If I'm not really careful, I get allergic reactions from using resin. Daniel creates incredible resin work so please check out his channel!!
These miniature Tiffany lamps are amazing. The intricate details and vibrant colors of each lamp make them look like miniature works of art. Thank you for sharing this inspiring creativity.❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
@tinycraftlife The blue is my favorite even though red is my favorite color. They are all beautiful! Which way did you find it easier to do, or like the results of better, the silicone on the inside or outside?
@@marygatdula2744 I'm glad you like them! Using the ear plug silicone on the outside was trickier as it got stuck on the small parts (it's very soft and sticky). I had to use a cocktail stick to get the rest off. It was useful as I was able to add a generous layer of the gloss on the inside to make the 'glass' stronger. Annoyingli it left the 'glass' matt so I had to add Ranger Glossy Accents on the outside again to get that glossy glass effect. So either technique (or using both) has its merits. I wonder if there's any other malleable silicone that would work better? or would just using some kind of sticky tape one the inside/ outside work? Daniel Cooper uses resin and it works perfectly. Unfortunately I get allergic reactions when using resin if I'm not really careful so had to think of other ways to make the glass.
Thank you💕When I saw Daniel's video, I immediately thought these were perfect lamps for dollhouses and dioramas! I love his resin work. I get allergic reactions to resin if I'm not really careful so I had to experiment with other materials to try to get the same effect (mine are not as amazing as his).
¡Muchas gracias!💕 Encontré el mío en el sitio web de Amazon. Busqué colgantes de medallón de jaula de joyería. Hay muchos diseños diferentes y metales de colores disponibles.
They really looked genuine, such a cleaver idea using the ball charm cages. I have a few kicking around somewhere will have to give it a go with UV resin.
It's such a great idea by Daniel Cooper. Definitely check out his video!! Resin works so well. I get allergic reactions to resin if I'm not very careful so had to think of other ideas to create the glass effect.
Glad you like them💕Daniel Coopers Idea but wanted to use different materials as I get allergic reactions from resin if I'm not very careful. When I saw his video, I immediately thought dollhouse / diorama lamps😊
Grazie molto!

@@Lauras-tinyview They are sold as cage pendants for necklaces and you can put a bead inside (or any small charms etc.). I found different designs and with different coloured metals.
Thank you!💕This is a tricky one. Maybe making a balloon shape silicone mold and then use flexible UV resin but only as a coating on the inside to get the shape. Filling it up completely would probably be too heavy. Not sure if this would work though.
@tinycraftlife Yes, I tried air dry clay and it was to heavy. maybe using a small Christmas ornament for a starting point...hmm Broken bits might be something you could use for something mini The mini balloon could be on a stick or toothpick with ribbon wrapped around it
Beautifully done but my hubby has used tea lights to light up dolls house.i would like what you done but he dont know how to wire up my dolls housd.i wish he did as km dilng ours up as a 1950 s like our first house.thank you uk
I love the 1950's idea! I will make a video at some point showing how I have been using and wiring battery operated led lights. Hopefully that will be useful.

This is great for those of us who can't afford resin!
I also get allergic reactions when using resin if I'm not really careful.
The one, still double, is still good to hang in my (😉) ears !
The blue and green together......oohh.
You did it again; you made me drool.
Earrings...Great idea!!💕I love the blue and green one😊

Beautiful! I am wondering why u didn't use gallery glass paint for the colors! It dries transparent and it's so pretty!! 😍😍😍
