This is my last year teaching in what has become my most favorite retreat center. Blue Spirit is in a blue zone, or one of only 5 geographic areas of the world where people consistently live to be 100.
There are so many reasons I love Blue Spirit, but it does feel like a fountain of youth. I consistently leave feeling healthier, clearer, and brighter.
The retreat space also seems to be extra conducive to healing, which is why of all the retreats I lead, this particular one seems to support people tto go deeply inward and release what isn't serving and reclaim their holism.
On this retreat you will:
Have yoga and meditation 2x per day with Betsy
