$650K is cheap compared to what we’re paying in the coastal areas of Southern California. That house and lot size would easily be $1.5-$5 Million over here.

Friends just bought a place in the Villages. Toured some homes in your area and checked out the new school. Very impressive school! That’s the place to be as it is the newer development. HOA aren’t that bad for what you get. Looking forward to your showroom/store!
We bought those black Speed Queens back in March. They are awesome.
No MLA on the 83 G3 so either save money and get the 83 C3 or spend a little more and go for the G4 to get the better panel.
It's $2000 more.

Matt will probably disagree but the Cafe appliances are very decent. Had the stove for 2 years. Supposed to get the refigerator and microwave next month. Its very handy to tell Alexa to pre-heat the oven and not have to interrupt what I'm prepping.
The seen okay, but Alexa is never okay. Ha, ha...

20 miles. Daily commute for most. I am sure Matt will be all over the place. Good for his Wife to get this credit and experience should something ever happen to Matt. Many people own more than 1 house. Soon his Son can drive him if needed.

We got the T5 speed queens and love them. Have a few friends with the 7s and they’re having issues with the buttons

Salt and pepper that spills out the bottom is no bueno, makes a mess. I'm still looking for a good one that comes out of the top. OXO has one that is OK, but ugly.
Top Loading washing machines? What year is it North America?
Almost all of the front loading machines don't function very well. Miele and Asko that all of the European love some of the worst performing washers and dryers in existence.

I actually have the same setup in my home, I would go with the G4 since the 83"G4 has MLA and the 83"G3 does not. I have the 83"G4. I also have the BDI stand too. I also did a 5.1.2 setup. This is all for my family room. I went with Kef R7 Metas, R6 Center, SVS SB-3000 and Kef MR200 for my surrounds and atmos.

All the TV review channels state there’s a huge difference between the G3 and G4, like not even close
I’ve seen them side by side. There is almost no difference.
@@ObsessedGarage 55”-77” and 97” G4 are the same as the G3. 83” G4 is different as it gets MLA for the first time and is actually 30% brighter vs the 83” G3.
I’m the LG Specialist at a Best Buy and the difference from the G3 to the G4 was massive when they swapped the 83” display we have. The previous 83G3 is about as bright as the current 83C4 and the 83G4 is a different ballpark.
Excellent choice on the BDI media cabinet!
In no particular order... A) The aspen line from Crate & Barrel should hold up great. I've had the 12 plates and 6 bowls from them for 15 years and use them daily. No scratches, no nothing. Only chipped one bowl and I have no idea how. B) Made-In cookware is totally fine. Very interesting that you don't like it. I have a couple things from them and far prefer it over anything else in the same price range. C) The Weber Moulin Grinders better be the be-all-end-all of grinders and that price. I've seen great things about the Mannkitchen Pepper Cannon so I'd love to see what you think. FYI no-one who cooks professionally uses a salt grinder. You wont get a better product than Diamond Crystal Kosher or Morton Coarse Kosher Salt. Finishing salt is Maldon Sea Salt.
What a fun new project. I can't keep up with all the houses at this point. Over the years they all seem to bleed together!
The Made-In stuff I have at the Helen house is all jacked up from normal use.
@@ObsessedGarage Is it their stainless stuff or carbon steel or Non stick? If its the stainless it can easily be cleaned with Bar Keepers Friend.
All of the non-stick is destroyed. The carbon steel feel cheap in comparison to de Buyer. The stainless is fine, but I find it to be cheap feel in comparison to All-Clad or Demeyere.
@@ObsessedGarage Im not surprised the non-stick isnt holding up. I dont think anyone's safer non-stick holds up in comparison to old unsafe stuff from decades past. I havent used carbon but have no reason to not trust you opion. The stainless tho, I find the handles on the all-clad to be horrible. the concave nature on them hurt when gripping. I know all-clad makes some great stuff but I'd pass. As for Demeyere it's just too expense. It may be good but is it twice as good as Made-In? Again, I trust your opinion since I have never had a reason not to.

Tesla plaid with full self driving for the commute - it’s finally pretty much ready now. Might work for you as you’ll know it will be driving in the event you get an attack.

760k spec'ed out isn't that bad at all. I was getting prepped for the big 1.2m bomb. I live in the midwest and houses like this go for more currently which is shocking.

These new home construction leave so much to be desired. I'm not an architect but am working on drawing the floorplan of our next home. To me the design and flow of these cookie cutter homes feel like they are designed with building convenience as opposed to thoughtful design. We need a proper OG spec house build.

Dropped 12k on DMF got a few of the cree. Not sure on the color and light yet but the cree looks a little jank. But I think that’s just the difference in plastic vs aluminum
The CREE looks surprisingly good on the ceiling, but DMF is much better looking.

On this I put very little down. Just pay the rate and figure out how to make more. 7.2% was the rate. I never think about interest rates. I just take what is available. Trying to time stuff is a fools errand.
Paying cash is the way to go.. debt=risk

gas dryer is the best experience!!
You may find that the salt mill will degrade over time. Salt being a corrosive mineral (read: rock) will wear away at the salt grinder workings.

Yes, Middleton is the first inside The Villages for families.
G4 gets MLA and 144hz refresh rate. Worth it alone for MLA.
