I have been using AMD CPUs for a long time and that's why I watched the AMD show yesterday. There was a small detail that went unnoticed by most people. But if it's true that the new notebooks with AMD CPUs have a battery uptime of 24 hours, then I'm sure that Intel notebooks will be thrown out of companies in droves. As a Mac user, I find it very amusing when colleagues in a workshop are looking for their power supply after about 3 hours because the battery is already empty.
Rocking these NVDA, PLTR, TSLA, and APPL stock. Holding onto them for the long haul sounds good and I'm all up for grabbing those short-term chances too with my sweet $400k investment
The strategies for short term profits are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off
Agreed! this is why I work with one. My $400k portfolio is well-matched for every market season yielding 85% rise from early this year to date. I and my advisor are working on more figures for this year 2025. IMO, financial advisors are the most sought-after professionals after doctors
It's kind of obvious that AMD didn't talk about their GPU's because management knew that NVDA was going to be talking about their own. Another reason why they chose not to is probably so that they could gauge how competitive their GPU's are to NVDA without making any public promises that would lead to under-performance and investor disappointment.
On the investor side of things. I think that it is somewhat telling that they didn't focus on the GPU side of things. Everyone knows that they are doing well with their CPUs, but investors would like to see more progress made on the GPUs and it just suggests more of the status quo with NVDA still out of reach of AMD for the time being. As far as the Z2 chips for handhelds. They may be niche, but it certainly cannot hurt that AMD has so much momentum in that area of the market.
In all honesty, the nerds (like myself) who actually seek out specific products to buy will have no trouble with these names because, well, we are nerds. That’s just more fun for us.
Something id like to point out is that with the launch of the normal 9000 desktop cpus they were received as not a buy and only 4-5% better which put the public consensus of not to buy and if you look at the financials gaming was down to 500m however with the launch of the 9800x3d which was a smash success I suspect we will see a raise in gaming profits again even if it doubles and goes to 1b it’s going to mean nothing if the ai sector of the company does not perform as expected Crossing my fingers for a double win on the financials
Well think of their product. 80% of teens in America and a big percentage of the argument market is on the apple ecosystem. And once you locked in the apple ecosystem its hard to leave. The biggest market in the world. They constantly post massive profits. They are not going anywhere soon..
Yeah, Tariffs are always a concern, but the market overall, I feel, has been considering tariffs since Trump was re-elected, so there should be some price correction already. Ofc, if the tariffs are way beyond what the most pessimistic expected.
AMD GPU pricing should consider the "scalper markup" to the NVDA Blackwell GPUs. I think AMD will have like 6+ months where Blackwell gpus will not be touchable below 1.5x-2x the MSRP. Jensen gave the scalpers a second Christmas with the low MSRPs and screwed the actual gamer customers.
Successful investing is hard work because it means disciplining your mind to do the opposite of human nature. Buying during a panic, selling during euphoria, and holding on when you are bored and just craving a little action. Investing is 5% intellect and 95% temperament.
Government policy has thrown the future under the bus for decades. The day of judgment is near. I predict an 80% drop in the stock market. Investors will abandon stocks in favor of real estate. There will be no money in banks... You must devise a strategy for survival.
We have been in a depression since 2008, the yield curve has already uninverted, global recession indicators are flashing alarm for well over a year, and absolutely nobody could pull us out of the hell coming regardless of party.
I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value. I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.!!
ASHLEY GARNER ABBOTT a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
Excellent share! Curiously inputted Ashley Garner Abbott on the web, spotted her consulting page ranked top, and was able to schedule a call session. I've seen commentaries about advisors, but not one looks this phenomenal.
As an investment enthusiast, I often wonder how top-level investors are able to become millionaires through investing. I have a significant amount of capital to start with, but I'm unsure about the strategies and direct I should take to help me generate substantial profits like some people are this season.
I’m not in a position to offer financial advice, but given the significant amount of capital you're working with, it would be wise to consult a financial advisor who can guide you in developing a strategy tailored to your goals and risk tolerance.
Factos!!. After experiencing a major portfolio loss in 2020 amid the COVID pandemic while trying to manage my investments on my own, I reached out to an investment advisor. They helped me turn my 420k into a seven-figure portfolio by providing the guidance and strategy I needed. Having that expertise made a significant difference in my investment journey.
Thanks for sharing your experience! I’ve been managing my portfolio myself, but it’s not working out. Do you have any recommendations for a good investment advisor? I could really use some help.

Very undervalued for the second place chip company
AMD my biggest position other than 1 ETF... Thanks for this video btw

Of course the battery runs out. It takes 3 minutes to boot. 29 seconds to start teams and 29 seconds for outlook. The PC has to compute a lot
Intel told us that their own lasts a full day as well
@@hermannschweizer7487 Are you from 2005
Have you been living under a rock for the last year? Intel now wins battery life
@@BellJH It depends on the model, but the latest intel CPUs use much more power than the Ryzen 7 and 9 series chips. Especially in the laptop models.

My FA is Gabriel Alberto William, you can make a research with his full name and you will find the necessary details to work it
I ran an online search with his full name and came across his website, pretty well educated. Thank you for sharing
3:32 it kinda makes sense putting X3D there. The technology it uses has X3D. But i still get your point. Thanks for the video.
Pff they delayed the launch so they could see the pricing of the nVidia cards first.
Great video Neil.
Glad you enjoyed it

Nothing new to say other than Micron will be used in Nvidia's new chip :)

Thank you Neil. I’ll bullish on AMD for sure. Are you holding or selling Apple? Is it overvalued rn?
I think Apple is the most expensive big tech name that barely provides anything exciting for the future.

The Z2 series processors announcement was cool, but how many people are actually buying these handheld gaming devices over a PC or Xbox? 🤔
That's my question
I bought AMD recently at a low price but I am concerned about a possible market correction coming esp. with tariffs coming.
A market problem, not a company specific problem
Yeah, Tariffs are always a concern, but the market overall, I feel, has been considering tariffs since Trump was re-elected, so there should be some price correction already. Ofc, if the tariffs are way beyond what the most pessimistic expected.
Buy the dip and don't trip. No one can time the market.
