This track hit me hard and took my breath away during the fight between Kimahri and the 2 Ronsos that bullied him in Mount Gagazet. The music combined with the snowy background and the wind and the snow blowing, as well as considering what was going on in the story was just perfect. It made an impact on me, and I will never forget that particular battle in the game.
Masashi Hamauzu originally made this track, so when it came time for him to remaster the soundtrack it seems like he built upon the strengths he made in Servants of the Mountain, I already loved it but he managed to just take it to a whole new level that I didn't think was possible. And I reckon that no matter what side of the fence you're on about the remaster, this version is unbelievable and captures the beauty and terror of the home of the Ronso perfectly.
