The more empty a person the more likely they are to fill the gap with unhealthy habits. Loving a child and nurturing a child and providing balance they will be less likely to seek things of no benefit to them and likely express their feelings with confidence and have more stability in their life, as parents we are responsible for providing a safe environment with love and guidance and understanding. And also try to help them establish healthy relationships with others who have positive influence on their lives.

"My worth is not lessened because of my mother's inability to show me love."
Perhaps this affected me more than the average person as unfortunately I am highly sensitive. Always have been. Is this the reason why heart keeps failing requiring me to have 2 open heart surgeries in the last 18 yrs concerning my mitral valve. I now have a mechanical valve so am part bionic at the age of 64.

I refuse to view myself as a victim. I cannot change the past, but I can sure change what I put in my own mouth.
All the world's a stage and something is definitely rotten with the official health food guidelines pushed by 'experts' all following the same script.
As Hamlet discovers, ignoring the truth will only lead to more insanity and death. Unfortunately, we cannot escape the consequences of our actions that we made based on lies.
Choosing appearance over reality only leads to tragedy. Eating vegetables, whole grain breads full of fibre and three servings of fruit every day may appear to be a healthy diet but it leads to disease.
Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities. -Voltaire
The official climate change narrative is absurd along with the recommended food guidelines for good health. Over the past decades we, as a collective, have become more unhealthy and overweight despite eating less red meat, eggs and animal fat. For the majority of people, a carnivore diet seems absurd--yet these same people have no problem believing the official 9/11 narrative or that Hamas was able to successfully attack Israel on 7 October without one side allowing it to happen. Yes, false flags have happened in the past. Never forget USS Liberty.
