Sleep is not more just a death for me. It's not about sleep for wake and work hard. It's death when you do sleep uncouncious thinking wrong about. But it is a form of meditation when you go intentionally. In lights up, in night down. My house the windows are closed, but if I sleep counciously I will perceive the time of Respiration awake (and after perceive that I will awake and produce well cortisol naturally). I need to treat me (respiration) and my bed and sleep at night (1 hour before sleep) with more Yoga and conscious. aum ॐ 🙏
