@@papabeartooth3054 you would be surprised. I'm actually not that fast of a hiker. I like to take my time and find a good heart rate. I'm more of a turtle than a hare. ; )
I carry four cameras on my trips. Sony ZV-1 is a compact high end camera for photos and nice video, but doesn't have a lot of stability. I have a gopro 8 for on the trail video and an Insta360 for getting those drone like shots and self hiking video. Finally I have a little point and shoot with a long zoom for extreme zooms, the sony DSC-WX500, which shares batteries with the ZV-1. Hiking pole has a camera mount and an insta360 collapsible pole with a base serves as a monopod for stationary shots. All edited with the free version of DaVinci Resolve which is an amazingly capable piece of software for free. One of these days I will actually purchase the real one, but so far it hasn't been necessary. I should add that I have several software tools for getting the pictures. Aurora HDR will take several bracketed exposures and make them into an HDR shot, very useful for shadows and bright sunlight in the same scene. Image Composite Editor is a free Microsoft skunkworks project that does an unbelievable job of stitching photos, so I take arrays of HDR pictures put together into one wide angle shot. This is further processed with Luminar 4 to fine tune the balance. This combination turns the simple ZV-1 into a fantastic picture source. You can get seemingly impossible pictures which can be animated in videos.
Nicely done, congrats!
Thanks Matt, you would have loved this trip, except for us old dudes slowing you down ;)

Great videos! I liked the voiceovers.
-What did you film with?
-What program did you use to edit?
