The Prince William (of Gloucester) grew to be a genuinely very handsome man , acknowledged as such without being just deemed so because of his parent or parents , as can and has happened . Died far too soon and so tragically . May he continue to RIP .

Interesting that Princess Diana named her son's after Prince Henry and his son Prince William! It this a coincidence?
I think nothing is a coincidence when it comes to naming royal babies, they were all named after their ancestors. The William today is named William because Prince Charles was close to him.
He was an extremely cute baby and such a likeable lad. It is so sad that he died in a light aircraft at an airshow in 1972 before either of his parents. His death must have been an absolute shock and tragedy for the entire Royal Family

Yes, poor Prince William of Gloucester died tragically, and much too young. He was also a truly handsome prince, I think the most handsome Royal British prince ever.
