Breaded chicken panini
Ingredients
chicken mini fillets
2 eggs - beaten for dipping
some flour for dipping
salted lentil chips gluten-free or breadcrumbs-coating
Method
STEP 1
Dip the chicken mini fillets into the egg then the flour and back into the egg then into
your salted lentil chips gluten-free or breadcrumbs then pop them into an air fryer at 200c for 17 minutes
