i've never had a night out in Jomtien in all the years[30yrs] of visits,Pattaya is/was it all for me,but next trip i will tour Jomtien forsure,may even stay down there.,i enjoy your videos.thanks.

Lived in Parklane Condo and loved it there! Was in Naklua too but not much to do there unless you stay at the beach.

Thankyou, very grateful for the RUclips support we get, without it. It would be very difficult in low season, seems we have a little bit of a tourist attraction.
Good to see some life in Rompho bars again as was always dead even pre covid apart from the front bars & corner sports bar there. I’ll check it out wen back early nxt yr as be staying in Jomtien. There’s more happening at the end of Jomtien beach rd these days I believe. Hope make it thru low season there. Liked & subbed 😉😎

I like Jomtien, nice relaxed place, I stayed on Soi Welcome, there's a 24 hour street food place at the end of the street which came in handy especially in the early hours and has outside seating, spent few nice afternoons at the bars in Rhompho area, can also recommend Tikky Bar, Back To The Future Bar and Meeting Point on all on Soi 7 if you fancy partying with the girls, I also checked out Bullet Bar and Roadhouse III on Thrappaya Road, all good fun, caught the baht bus into Pattaya few times during my weeks holiday here in June, enjoyed Jomtien that much I'm back in November for 11 nights only two hours in a taxi from Bangkok, can't beat it.
Great Vid. Mate. I've been visiting Jomtien for a decade or so now and I agree Jomtien is much more relaxed than Pattaya, but please stop telling everybody. Any of you two week millionaires (as we all once were) stick to Pattaya please. I usually stay in Soi 4 or 5 but have booked 30 days at the top end of Soi 7 for my next visit so I'll make sure to have a wander over to visit your bar on Rhumpo. Back in the day Rum Dum Bar was mine and many others Go 2 bar when Gregg the Kiwi had it but everything changed with Covid. Nice to see Rhumpo seems to be picking up again. Sounds like you need the good old hangover breakfast of Bacon & eggs with a glass of Borocca. 😵💫 Few glass's of water before bed I find helps me after a hard night. Thanks for the vid & hope the bar keep doing well

flight prices Girl and hotel prices for high season seemed to have trebbled over the last year, Pattaya is a expensive destination to go to now

I have always loved Jomtien from the first time going there 23 years ago, just so much more chilled and next trip staying even further down, in my old age I cant stand the noise of the bars etc just want quiet resort and also close to beautiful Bang Saray.

my issue with jomtien, is I can only ride a bicycle, is it safe? or is better to walk & catch the baht bus
Plenty ride bikes, around the beach, but baht bus in the main roads.
I honestly don’t know why you swapped phuket for Jomtien, for me phuket has everything that jomtien doesn’t have
Fantastic beaches great areas with a real chill atmosphere
I've lived in both areas, Phuket great for a holiday, but I much prefer Jomtien to live, and it's a lot cheaper.
too many people, Phuket is way too busy now

Hi mate you need to harden up and say NO to the drinks that your customers want to buy you and mate I know it's hard but you just have to do it I have been coming to Thailand for about 20 years now and I've seen so many bar owners die young from alcohol abuse
Yeah, your right and most of the time I say no, But some times I like a drink too be honest, I try and keep it to twice a week, and most weeks I do.

We are located in RomPho market Jomtien, which is on second road, directly opposite SOI 7. We are also on Google.
Rent condo in Pratumnak Hill close to Jomtien. So much better and quieter than Pattaya
Yes was in SOI 5 the other day, it's great over there now.
The 7 11 there is great too. Sit outside and enjoy energy drinks for less than a 50 Cents 😅

All my videos 60 fps 4k huge files plays fine don't know why your having problems. But a mate said he had trouble once then it was ok. Maybe RUclips or traffic.

It's only because weed=bad has been beaten into your head from the past generations why it's so shocking to see pot shops. I'd ask you who is being victimized when an adult goes into a shop and buys weed? You don't like the smell? Ok some people don't like seeing folks get sloshed in a bar. Let go of your preconceived notions and be and let be. If they change the laws back it will be even more dead on the streets those shops are holding back a new wave of empty businesses. To each his own.
I don't have an opinion about weed can take it out leave it. But if they change it back a lot of people will have to close a lot of businesses. They are everywhere.
Jomtien full of old foreign people. Many better quality beaches in the south of Thailand.
Find it hard to believe that you ride around on a motorbike without a helmet . I came off a bicycle at low speed without a helmet 2 years ago and ended up with fractured skull and subdural haemorrhage .Will make your leg fracture seem like a bad itch .
Yes it's a bad habit, it's only around the south part of Jomtien, I should wear it all the time I know. I should know better as I've been riding for 50 years.
