Indomethacin can be given only upto 32 weeks because after that it will cause premature pda closure but we can give ibuprofen upto term pregnancy because ibuprofen have less side effect than indomethacin if question is more towards side effect or early closure of pda then go with indomethacin but if question will be safe to continue drug till term and which is best then go with ibuprofen
