Not everybody is able to leave. There are evacuation zones. The traffic is horrific because people are evacuating, there is not enough gas and no place to stay when they get out.

DeSantis knows how to rally Florida's services, men and women working to keep their neighbors safe and get back online as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Flood zone folks definitely needs to leave. If it hits Tampa, Ft Myers will still get 9-12 feet storm surge in low lying areas.
