McGRAW never left the hearts or minds of his fans from long, long ago. He had it all: a GOOD LOOKIN', TOUGH GUY, with BRAINS, a CONSCIENCE, and a HEART - qualities mixed in the right proportions by actor FRANK LOVEJOY ♥. ...Sure wish Frank could have hung around a couple more decades. I feel certain he would have landed some great roles for the big screen.

Just watched The Hitchhiker the other day. Good movie. William Talman made a great bad man. I wonder if he, Frank Lovejoy and Edmond O’Brien were friends?

De Corsia is well remembered to noir fans for (1948) NAKED CITY. He played Willie Garza. His character doesn't appear till the film is fairly well along, but his role is very much the centerpiece, well worth the wait...as you'll see when you watch it.

I just saw this video and it's the first time I ever saw Frank Lovejoy as "McGraw." That aside, I was a fan of his acting. I grew up thru the 1950s and some actors (movies) got my attention. Frank Lovejoy's demeanor and voice was one of those actors (Warren Oates was another one). I enjoyed finally seeing "Meet McGraw." I'm nearing my eighth decade now and it's always a pleasure to again view those entertainers who drew our attention when there was no green=screen "falsifying" of what you see on screen. It was less techy, but, to my mind, more enjoyable. Thks to the poster of this video.
