In fairness to Australia, they did rest some of their best players like Nic Porter given they knew they had qualified, so they weren't at their absolute best.

How bad was that? At least three HUGE calls against Australia. All the same that was dreadful after winning the group to lose to the world number 23. The Chinese are coached by Annan and Charlesworth who should be involved in the Australian programme. Wherever Charlesworth goes, success follows.
