For some demos is hard to imagine Chester scream, cause it's more fits for Mike's rap
Chester's screaming makes music harder but not the music itself. For example, in Breaking The Habit every time Chester screams, the music doesn't sound like it's specially for scream. Usually in the songs after Meteora screaming and rapping part are the same))

Alot of the songs on this album are Instrumentals
Duh. Most of the songs in LPU albums are instrumentals. They're demos that never became full songs. :P
There are only some occasions where songs that were finished and vocalized, but never made it to the album, show up on an LPU album.
Maybe this is one of those songs that they started working on, then something else came along, and it got put on the back-burner for a while - I hope they come back to it and add lyrics.

They are being released under LPU CDs that you have to pay for, so it's most likely that they are copyrighted. I'm not TOO sure though.

I'm sure they do. A lot of songs that are currently still not released are being prevented from being released due to Warner Music Group not wanting them to be released and owning the rights. As of right now we only gotten low quality releases if we are lucky enough or snippets with or with no names for them. Some of the people who helped Linkin Park in their Xero days and earlier do really want to release them but legally cannot.
