      Absolutely! I recently bought the radio series that spring-boarded The League to TV, and I have to say, it’s bloody brilliant. I know they felt that it had reached a natural conclusion, and wanted to go out while the going was good, but I often wonder what they’d do if they all worked together again. Together, they were pure magic. I don’t know too much about them outside of this other than seeing some of them pop up here and there in various shows like Game of Thrones etc, but I do hope they’re all still good friends and there’s no bad blood.
      As for Pauline, I do miss her so! 😁

While there's no doubt Pauline was a bully in her job , we at least see as her character develops she's got a human side and soft spot . With Cathy Carter Smith she has zero of Pauline's redeeming qualities and there's much more spite and outright disdain as she's dressing down the Job Seekers.

  • @Stagedoorjenny
    @Stagedoorjenny 11 лет назад +2

    Believe what you want.. but it's true. The fact is it was filmed in front of a studio audience. I know people who were in the audience and I've been in many other sitcom/sketch comedy audiences myself.

  • @Stagedoorjenny
    @Stagedoorjenny 11 лет назад +2

    Well.. obviously not! They have several sketches filmed inside the studio in front of an audience ie the local shop, The Dentons, and then between filming of those scenes they play the audience the sketches already filmed on location on big screens, to record the laughter. So the laughter is still from an audience and not 'canned' ie they are still laughing in the right places whilst watching the actual sketch.
