Thanks for the helpful video. I found that you can actually remove the speaker from underneath after removing the screws and popping the fasteners. You do not need to lift and remove the panel or disconnect the electrics or remove the window switches. The hardest part was removing the connector on the speaker - had to push the release tab very firmly.

But does that apply to all ES330 models? Or maybe just on certain models depending on the year they were released?

Video is about Lexus RX models. ES saloons may be quite different.

thank you for this video. it helped me remove the door panel so i could replace the door mirror. Firestone wanted $455 to do that. instead, i bought a cheap aftermarket mirror for $75 and installed it myself. once the door panel is removed it's literally 3 more 10mm (hex head) bolts to R&R the door mirror.

So many panel removal video, but almost non putting it back on. Taking it out is easy. putting it back is the hard part. Make sure you know how to put it back. Literally took me like an hour, and was willing to pay $100 for someone to do it for me because I felt I was messing cables up and breaking things

looks like 6x9 and that's what a comment reply above says. it's a common size so that's what i'm gonna go with!
