How to assemble plastic cowl

Great video, To prevent the cracking from CA, I decided to use Plasti Weld. It glues the plastic together well. It make it one piece.

Plasti weld or similar is great for this,it will fuse both sides together. The CA join justs sticks them ,so will always be 2 parts.

What do you use to fill in the seams on the outside of the cowl?

Automotive lite weight body filler or bondo from Home Depot.
