Great Start, Just note: We are a German Company (not a UK Company). We would suggest a few things, dont exchange the thermostat housing, if replacing it, ensure its the OEM one or a high quality aluminum one, these cheaper ones will leak as they are warped. Also, no need for the larger MAF, just rescale the existing MAF, The injectors are good but ensure they are programmed in and don't run the car with larger injectors unless they are "dialed" in, meaning the tune itself. Find a good tuner, Kassel Performance in Pennsylvania would be able to handle it well on the stock ECU.

So far every tuner I have worked with including Kassel has wanted the 3.5 MAF. Sorry about Location, I had you confused with another company I was talking to about a stand alone. Ill correct myself in later video for posterity.
@Kasselperformance is going to do the tune for this build, they supplied the MAF and injectors as well as fuel pump. Great Guys!

Great video! I had stubled across their website, and was looking for a video on these. I have a pair of 97 verts that i really want to supercharge one of them. I like the idea of supercharger for simplicity, and retaining AC and factory exhaust.

m62 was a great stepping stone to giving a bit of boost to the engine, The M90 Kit feels like the right way to go on the m52's. I now run the M1 Kit and it makes more power then it needs to and requires a full build out if you want to really let the s/c loose.

I cant tell you how excited I am to finally have a video series on these. I have the 323is 2.5L and a M62 SC, have been thinking about getting their product for about 6 months. I have a Shrick Aluminum Intake Manifold and was worried about fitment, will also be using S52 cams
    - Will you be running the SC off the AC compressor pulley or the crank itself?
-Will you be keeping the throttle in the stock location or relocating it in front of the charger?
Myself and other people this Facebook bmw group will throw in for a dyno run once you get everything going if you weren't opposed to it

Awesome. The @hydemotorworks kit fits great. I am using m50 intake so I think your good on fitment as long as your intake does not come out away from the block than the stock intake the m62 is fine. If you use m90 or 112 you need a short ram intake to accommodate the larger s/c. You replace your existing serpentine belt with a longer belt utilizing your existing crank pulley. I kept a/c as this is my weekend/daily. I have relocated the throttle to be placed before the s/c. All vacumm such as egr. Evap. Brake booster were moved to a new vacun source that will come off a vacuum block eventually. I have got a first start finally and we are working on the tune/data logging with @kasselperformance next video should be up soon with full install procedures. Will get on the dyno after we lock down the tune.
