im so sad these games arent nostalgic to me. i discovered them almost a year ago. and i realised that it was a blessing. the music, lara and the story are absolutely amazing. lara is the biggest motivation to me:). the graphics arent a big thing and i think they should continue not to be. they rly dont matter. all the classic tomb raider games have so much potential. these new ones are great but not comparable to the old ones. sassy lara, the beautiful music and a great story are the things that make these games magical. :)

I just want another remake of TR1 that isn't just a graphical upgrade, and actually faithfully recreates the levels in their entirety, or it at least adds as much as it edits out, rather than fucking chopping up one or two memorable areas and deleting everything else. Anniversary's versions of Tomb of Tihocan and what was the Atlantis stage are just freaking insulting.

Watched my dad play this growing up every other day and it grew on me. Finally hit 14 years old and I picked up where he left off and I fell in love with this classics as well as the legend universe and survival. Classics I have yet to beat but I will count on it.

TR2 is one of my favorites though the story is insane if you think about it. TR3 has much more polished looks and movement. Area51 was one of my favorite stages in the whole series. Last Revelation was a work of art with a FU ending. Chronicles was just...horrible but I struggled through. Angel of Darkness was quite literally an unfinished product all opinions aside. Legend on the PS2 was my favorite. Anniversary was an overall nice retouch of the original though one level was destroyed. Underworld was silly but had some fantastic level design...and worst design oddly enough. TR 2013 was meh. Rise was a nice experience. I didnt finish Shadow...got bored. They all shared one thing though. Their OSTs. Sorry for the long post. I've always had a love hate for the tanky controls, guns, puzzles, and bizarre stories that are Tomb Raider. Ever since I was 5 and saw triangle bobas for the first time. It's too bad you didn't like them but they didn't exactly age well.
