- In this video I give a detailed explanation of how IVF costs work, how much we paid, and how we paid for two IVF cycles! Each doctor is different but hopefully this gives you an idea of the average cost per IVF cycle! The IVF medication programs I mentioned were:

Very informative! Cost and insurance coverage can vary greatly from state to state and employer to employer. Anesthesia in NYC is $500 a pop. I was told insurance wouldn’t cover, but in the end it covered it for both my poly removal and egg retrieval.
This cycle I will be paying for PGS and freezing/storage. 🤞🏽🤞🏽

Yess it is very expensive we did one ivf cycle in it costed us 30,000 GPS testing out of pocket blood work in all medication out of pocket😩😔the cycle wasn't successful we r getting ready in a couple months 2 do another I pray this one works we have no help with anything everything is outta pocket thank u so much for sharing only gives me hope God bless u

Yes I live in California & after many failed iui’s my husband and I were looking into ivf the doctor quoted us $15,000 for one cycle plus medication and testing which added up to be $30,000 out of pocket. My insurance doesn’t cover infertility :/
$20,000 for 2 cycles doesn’t seem bad after being quoted $30000 for just one

A lot or insurance nowadays cover IVF cycles it’s under family planning.. The only thing you would have to pay for is the additional testing

I wish this was true. My insurance won't even cover my progesterone draws let alone IVF and fertility.

That’s not bad. I live in Southern California. They charge me 16,000 for ivf not including medication. We r planing on going to Mexico. I found 2 doctors that do ivf. They start at 4,000 n including medications. But I have a slight language barrier. We understand Spanish but have a hard time speaking. I read reviews for all 3 clinics. 2 in Mexico have amazing reviews n a few friends have gone to then n love them. The one here in Ca is really good also!! So we just don’t know what to do

My clinic has all the pricing on it's website. Maybe other clinics have pricing online as well? My doctor suffered from infertility and did IVF to grow his family so he wants every couple to be able to afford fertility treatments ❤

Shots are a part of IVF! It is how you grow lots of eggs!
Hey Candace, lucky buy unlucky for me my 1st IVf cycle I paid $2000 for the class, $260 for all the meds, $40 copay per each visit, but the said part is it failed back in March. I just dont have the courage to go through it again right now. As bad as I want to.

Do you know how much the medication would be if your insurance does not cover it. My husband and I will start this April so we’re paying everything out of pocket so I just wanted to know how much for medication
I have a another question is it a good idea to get our medication from the pharmacist rather then going through them?
It varies but I would have had to pay about $3,000 if my insurance did not cover it!
You usually have to go through a pharmacist, as the doctor prescribes the medications. We went through Freedom Pharmacy, check them out!

Did you do Mock cycle with your ERA test? In Montreal Mock cycle costs 600 CAD and ERA test 1250 CAD. I don't know why they charge seperatly.
My doctor treats the ERA as a mock cycle. So I paid one price to his clinic to perform the ERA and I paid another cost to the lab for the results.

@@FruitfulMyFertilityJourney I posted comment before watching entire video. 20K for 2 IVF is an excellent price. My clinic charges that for 1. But that includes everything such as genetic testing 3yr storage fees meds labs & etc. My insurance covered 0% IVF & 67% IUI
