My thoughts on the episode:
Before: Let's see what I miss.
After Strange's bio: He's powerful.
After Fate's bio: He's powerful.
After battle: I KNEW IT! Never a doubt.
After sneak peek: It's about damn time a Tekken fighter is in this.
I knew that Fate was going to win because of how OP he is. Strange didn't really stand a chance in this one. Not that it really matters to be in direction or other since I am not really fan of either character.
Jin is basically anti-hero from Tekken who is willing to do what ever it takes. He is son of Kazuya Mishima and Jun Kazama. Because of this he has Devil Gene from his father's side but from his mother's side he has something that allows him not to fall to it's influence like his father has. Devil Gene is basically Tekken's take on something similar to Hatsou no Hadou from Street Fighter that Ryu has which is most likely why those two fighting game characters are set to fight in next Death Battle.

In that particular episode, Klarion the Witch Boy lures Batman, Constantine, Zatanna and Doctor Fate in a magical house where he casts a spell on 'em that turned 'em into kids thinking they're ordinary trick-or-treaters dressed up as Justice League members. Klarion did this to get his hands on Doctor Fate's helmet.
And Zatanna's Hat. And Batman's cape. And Constantine's cigarette.

Well, to be fair I'm more inclined to Strange than Fate. My brother believed Strange knowing more crazy spells than Fate would make him win but when I researched Fate...ooooh boy. Despite that Strange actually beat Galactus, but not strength but by smarts so in the scenario I thought Strange would pull a bargain kinda thing if he couldn't beat Fate but yeah he couldn't do that. Also, the next one I'm lookin foward to it, it's about dang time too. >:)

Ok, Ryu vs. Jin is a good next fight!
It sure is a sweet match. But my only nit pick is that we don't know Jin's full power yet, I think we will see it in Tekken 8, while Ryu has now fully mastered the power of nothingness. I would have preferred Heihachi vs Gouken.
Having said that though, Ryu vs Jin I a FAR better match up than Ryu vs Scorpion.

@Freelancer Amber that outcome pissed me off too. And for the record they screwed Strange. That blast that turned his soul to dust they never showed him using the seven rings of raggadorr which would have redirected the blast. They also never showed him attempting will Fate out of existence or take his powers when he didn't have the helm. They really screwed Doctor Strange over in that one he sure as hell should have won that but theu did the same with Goku when he got beat by Superman so I'm not surprised.

Yo, Amber, which one do ya think wins if these would ever fight in Death Battle: Qrow Branwen or Gordeau the Harvester from Under Night In-Birth? Ya get all the info ya need about Gordeau from BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle and UNIB's wiki page.
I might have to give that to Gordeau. Qrow is tough, but his Semblance doesnt seem to have too huge of an effect, and Gordeau isnt gonna be stopped by something like a mere falling beam. I'd actually like to see Qrow vs Stein from Soul Eater, they have way more connections. Qrow would have more of a chance since Stein has no ranged attacks, but I'd still say Qrow loses that.

Frankly, I think Dr. Fate basically violated Deathmatch rules by calling on the help of other beings in his "finisher move". If Cloud wasn't even allowed a Summon Materia, Dr. Fate shouldn't be allowed to summon his wife and a freaking god either! Besides that, they applied a bit too much scientific logic to what was essentially two teleportation effects. And Dr. Strange shouldn't have been stupid enough to stand there and laugh after taking the helmet away. If his Eye was giving a true analysis, he should have known his time was very limited.

Surving the collapse of the original multiverse isn't really a feat to mention, he more likely on the prime earth that was spared from the rest.
Chad Riggs actually, no. Fate was outside time at the.... time. But Nabu was not. However, according to the official map drawn by grant morrison, the lords of order exist on one of the levels above the DC multiverse. Which means he isn't only as old as the universe, he's older than EVERY current DC universe and is can easily survive their destruction. The only thing strong enough to kill nabu in any DC universe was a maddened Spectre, who's power comes from God, who is canonically even greater than both of them, and from above even their realms.

Connor Lee Actually that match was every bit correct as it could. However, my only issue is that it's precicely those two bidded against each other. I mean, Mewtwo and Shadow are similar to each other but I'd put Mewtwo against someone else, just can't think against who.
nifinland Except that they forgot to mention MULTIPLE things about Shadow, like how even when his memory is gone, he can still fight tough opponents like Omega and other Eggman bots and bosses. Hell, he even helped out against Metal Overlord and did a pretty good job helping out, so Sonic Heroes is pretty much one, big "f** you" to the idea that Shadow can't fight when his memory's out and it makes Death Battle look PRETTY ignorant and bad at researching. Plus, they calculated the weight required to lift something that Mewtwo was NOT lifting physically? Really? So even if Mewtwo would win, they still made quite a bit of significant mistakes in researching that battle. Kinda like with Metal Sonic vs Zero.

DC is a broken universe. It's not your fault.
the problem is that most of dc's characters are op as fuck. while the marvel characters, they're more grounded in reality, and more street level type characters. Yeah sure you got characters like Thor, Hulk, and etc, but they have limits. Most of the powerful dc characters don't. yeah, they might have some weaknesses to exploit, but its usually nothing that a character, from marvel, can exploit unless they knew firsthand what those weaknesses were.
Steven Escareno Exactly. OP. Broken. Same thing. There's no point in putting them in versus matches cause unless someone knows their exact weaknesses, which an enemy in Death Battle wouldn't, they're almost unbeatable. It makes them boring IMO.

TherioGodofRage has a point. Nobody here said that no DC character couldn't be beaten by a marvel character. Not even myself, as i merely said most of the dc characters are overpowered in comparison to marvel ones. A lot of that has to do with the fact that when Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko and etc were creating the marvel characters in the 60's, they tried to base as much of it in facts as they could.
For example. Stan Lee himself even said he didn't like how some characters in DC could just fly with little to no explanation as to why they could do that. (i.e. Superman) Hence, why when he created characters, he always made sure there was a reason they could fly. With Angel, from X-men, he could fly obviously because he had giant ass bird wings on his damn back with hallow bones that allowed him to fly.
Thor just simply swung his hammer by a little rope latch really fast to make himself fly. Iron Man had had a mechanical suit that could fly and etc.
Whereas DC, it was always "this guy can do this because....well he just can." In the original superman comics, superman couldn't even fly. He could merely leap tall buildings; hence the term "able to leap tall buildings in a single bound." And when the silver age started, he could fly suddenly because he just can. Granted, they came up with some BS explanation eventually like how he absorbs rays from the sun and etc, but the point is that Marvel usually put limits on what their characters can do to make them more relatable.
Not saying all characters are like that, as Deadpool is obviously an exception to the rule, but he's not the rule.
