Hi. You bring up valid points and it makes me wonder, how the coaches of today. The English or French ones, deal with Players who are from 10 different countries??
      Russia, Finland, Sweaden, Slovakia, etc.
Do they have a translator for each player? I remember when Jagr started, the Pens had either a translator, or a player, that could translate!
As the world gets smaller, I wonder how teams of all sports, will deal with this issue??
They need a protocol droid, like C3P0! lol
      Salut from Montreal Quebec Canada

4:57 we missed it so much that the Pens didn't win in Philadelphia for another 5 years from 1995 or so at the end of the Spectrum, then didnt win a game in the then First Union Center until the 2000 playoffs. Good times

Also, guess who was the coach in Sherbrooke when the Canadiens blew a 3-2 series lead and lost Games 6 and 7 of the AHL Calder Cup finals at home to those Amerks before trying his luck in the NHL? No hints, now....

Tree, one of my earliest memories was the game where 66 went off for four goals including the winner in OT in a must-win game at Washington where he rendered Lange speechless. Well, evidently, given that a tie was useless, 66 is arguing with Creamer on the bench IN FRENCH to pull the damn goalie but Creamer was so stupid AND headstrong that he wouldn't do it. So....66 simply took matters into his own hands. The Creamer and Ubriaco eras from 87-90 were something to behold, my friend, when you're scoring AND giving up four and a half goals per game.
