Society has lied to us, and it uses our sexuality against us. Very few people talk about how powerful our sexual energy can be - IF we learn to harness it and utilize it.
Semen retention is one of the ways you can build your sexual energy - your healthy masculine power. The benefits of semen retention are real, and this is something most men should be talking about.
Semen retention to me comes from a place of reverence and respect for the powerful life-force energy that runs through all things - including your body too. While practicing semen retention, you can still ejaculate (at least in the way I've learned and teach), you'll just need to do so with intention (which makes them 100 times better anyways).
As men, we need to lift each other up right now. I HIGHLY suggest you try the practice of semen retention - either through one of my courses or through the guidance of someone else, and I suggest you do this with another brother on your team somehow.

Misunderstanding of Abrahamic religions, sure. Both the Torah and the New Testament teach celibacy until marriage (granted adults got married at like 14 back then) and, more importantly, to avoid lust. This was erroneously translated into puratanicalism in America, but that's not what was meant by the text IMO. Sex is sacred....but we live in a world now where nothing is sacred anymore.

Cold showers are no joke. Its been a while, but I did them for at least a month or two straight for depression initially and it really is revitalizing and keeps your immune system like armor. Helped a great deal with depression as well.
