- If you are a biker, hiker or runner you are probably familiar with sore muscles, especially your hip flexors, quads, glutes and calve muscles. So therefore, I have created a gentle beginner friendly 20 minute yoga flow for you, which will stretch out all of these muscle groups in your lower body and release any tension in these areas. And while we release muscle tension, we are also increasing leg and hip flexibility and mobility at the same time. I really hope you enjoy this 20 min yoga flow for all hikers, bikers and runners!
