What a nightmare! But these problems hit all of us. We laid a beautiful paver driveway and the inspector wanted us to move it. I told him I would yank out the papers and leave it as dirt. He was stupefied and then backed off his demand. It was an oceanfront property. But he got me on the apron. Had to spend $3000 to have and 18 inch deep reinforced concrete apron in the utilities right of way. So stupid. As soon as utilities want to make a change they will have to tear it up. It never happened in the 17 years I lived there, but what stupid requirements. 15 inches into the concrete? Total hogwash!
Great job 👍👏 a/c here we come 🥳🎉 Is it a Mr Cool unit, or something else with multiple heads? Guess we'll have to wait n see. Hope the inspection went well 🤞🤞
Our inspectors are actually pretty easy to work with. Not sure why they had to witness the and inspect the hole before epoxy, but we just went with it.

That sounds like a bigger nightmare that our fix. I'm just glad we only had to drill one new hole instead of 4.
I love Ryan’s face when he gets a new building “toy”!!
LOL. I got to get new toys while I can...
Use bit to drill through a boulder for a fountain
Good luck
Thank you Sarah.
It's coming along so well!! Really excited for things to take off here after the inspection!! Keep grinding, you two! ❤
We are excited too! Things are really going to start changing visually pretty soon.
Great job Ryan and Sarah 😊👍😊.
Thank you LaRue.
they don't have anything like here in Montana and we have really high wind here where am and we have anything like when build a house
It's weird how different areas have such different code requirements.
Excited for you guys!
Thanks for your support Jennifer.

It's very likely there is a Mr. Cool install coming up soon.
Here's an obvious question: Are they the hold-down strips meant to hold the house down to the foundation in the event of high wind?
From what I'm told they are more to prevent lateral/sheer forces than it is to prevent uplift, but I'm sure it is helping with that as well.
Fråga er inspektör om golv isoleringen i tross botten . Här i Skandinavien är det standard . Men er värme särskilt på vintern blir mycket bättre
Inspector are very demanding on those inspection !
And for good reason. I'm pretty happy we have our inspectors to make sure we are doing things right.
What is yr expected finish date noe
We are expecting to move into the house by early Fall.
❤😊❤😊❤
Hello how are you and nice video and nice and very beautiful lady 💯🌼🌷💐🌹🥀🏵️🌸🌻🌺
I would never built in a state/county where you have to get an inspection for a hole before you anchor. Talk about over-regulation.
